BOFI Racing レビュー

Really helpful team and helped expedite the order. No hesitation using Bofi again.

Good communication and fast shipping. Good price.

BOFI Racing offers a decent service for those in need of MX-5 parts and advice. Their staff, especially Andy, is knowledgeable and patient, and they maintain a good stock of items. While their prices are competitive and they’re helpful in answering queries, the overall experience is satisfactory, hence the three-star rating.

Excellent support from Andy, who assisted me with placing an order for an item that could not initially be shipped internationally due to size restrictions and VAT regulations in my country. He was patient and guided me through the entire process.

The customer support team is very good and will answer every silly question you might have they are the best

Fast delivery. With a good Web site.

Excellent range of products at really competitive prices supported by great delivery and support services.

I recently needed to amend an order and also set up my online account with them. The friendly and positive response I received was great. Good old fashioned passion for customer support. Thank you Lydia.

Bofi racing puts the fi in fine in both customer service and delivery. Love this company and everyone involved 11/10.

I have only bought a couple of small items from BOFI Racing, which have been very useful; the staff, nevertheless, have been friendly, knowledgeable and chatted with enthusiasm about MX5s which are more than just cars, it seems, to BOFI. Follow up was exceptional, asking for photos which they appeared to enjoy. Excellent, thank you!

Truly awesome service from this fine Company. I needed some technical advice and prompt delivery of a part I could trust and all of that was delivered with excellence by the very competent Lydia Berry. A first class service from start to finish and I do not know how it could have been any better.

Just placed a few orders with bofi and they have provided excellent service and advice. I am a very amateur mechanic but Andy from bofi helped me to understand all the parts needed for the job and how to find further information. They have also offered ongoing support while I do the work on the car. Top notch company could not speak more highly of them

Without a doubt the best store for your mx-5 parts, they just have everything. Prices are always sharp and items are shipped fast and well packaged.

The customer service is also great. This time Andy patiently helped me with all my questions, I really appreciate the expertise and time he took for me. My compliments to the rest of the team aswel, you always make my day :)

The customer support is always quick and easy and always sorts out any issues. You can find anything and if you have any questions the customer support are always quick to reply.

Had trouble with postage, Lydia was helpful through email and I also rang up and jack was a big help and very friendly. Top service, Bofi is a great place for any Mx-5 bits with a real passion for it.

Every interaction I have had with BOFI Racing has been constructive and positive. Their team work quickly and efficiently and are always more than happy to help.

BOFI Racing keep a healthy stock of seemingly high quality products and they will be my fist choice destination for my Mazda MX-5 needs.

Just wanted to say thank you to Andy Weightman for the professionalism in helping me out with my order awesome customer support.

BoFi has everything you would need for your MX-5. The parts are good quality and at a decent price but the best thing is the customer service.

Needed a new exhaust for my NC, called BoFi and the rep advised me on the best one for my car that would also pass an MOT. Ordered the custom exhaust and the delivery was taking some time due to fabrication. Called again to find out how long it would take and it had just arrived. Jack was very kind on the phone and had it shipped to me the same day.

Andy from Bofi racing was extremely helpful and very patient whilst I made my decision to purchase a turbo kit. Their prices are the most competitive and best bang for your buck as you can customise any order to suit your needs.

Andy got back to me via email in record time and answered all my queries. I only recommend Bofi racing for your MX5 replacements and upgrades.
Thank you Bofi racing!

Absolutely 10000/10 customer service from BOFI racing!! What a pleasure to work with; every single person I speak to on the team no matter the question or issue they are always super helpful and polite. I ordered a set of BC racing coilovers and Ultralite Alloys for my NA. I'm very new to the car scene and was advised to use rust penetrating oil the day before, as well as was walked through how to setup the coilovers themselves such as which settings are recommended for the dampening, how high to set the coilovers before fitting them to the vehicle and some general tips and tricks on making the lowering process easier. Delivery was super quick, response times are brilliant and there's always someone available to answer the phone. A fantastic selection of products on their website (I wish they had more tbh). All round an amazing experience from start to finish, will absolutely be coming back to them in the future. Thank you to the BOFI Racing team, keep doing what you're doing for the Miata community!

Amazing service from BOFI both in doing everything they can to dispatch a product at record breaking speed through to amazing advice on a product they don't even sell.

I'm lucky enough through lots of Porsches to have dealt with some high end parts suppliers but BOFI are really right up there.

Amazing customer service and absolutely will be using again.
