Por ahora bien, han estado pendiente de mi hasta el final del pago!!!

I was forces by the transportation ministery to send the parcel back to the company. I go best attitude and immediate refund.

Was served by Lydia Berry.
Perfect customer service and extremely helpful contacting the warehouse team. Thank you very much

I don't write reviews but these guys have ABSOLUTELY SMASHED IT. I had some troubles with my model of car and fitting an exhaust, after a bit of back and forth I explained my problem and they came back with a resolution. They worked with me to understand the situation and amend the product page based on my epxierience and information. Absolute top notch customer service, thank you BOFI and especially Jack Wood.

Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced ! Thanks Jack !

Excellent company to purchase from.

Needed to add a set of ignition leads to an existing order at short notice. I had already received my confirmation of shipment e mail but when I rang up Jack managed to hold my parcel and add the lead set to the same order. Proper friendly and helpful service rarely found nowadays, thank you to Jack and all the team at BOFI.

One of the best customer services I’ve ever had!

It is rare to find a company who cares and tries their hardest to help.
I would recommend Bofi racing to supply good quality products and on time delivery to anyone interested in MX5 parts.
Thankyou all at Bofi.

BOFI had a supply issue with my brake discs and I cancelled my order.
They were cool, it's not their fault and refunded my monies.
No messing about .
I will order from them again.

Entreprise top très professionnelle
Je recommande grandement pour toutes pièces de Mx5 👍

Brilliant to know there’s always someone at Bofi willing to help with advice, whether it’s dementions of parts for fitment details or availability of parts, there always seems to be someone to help👍🏻

Jack helped me resolve my mistake and got me the correct ECU coming, super helpful and A+ customer service.

Jack was super helpful - thanks!

Over the past few weeks I've been dealing with Andy (and more recently with Lydia). They've been absolutely magic to work with, my endless questions were always answered in a timely and friendly manner, and when they were so quick to jump to action when I had an issue with my order.

An absolute pleasure to deal with the team at BOFI. Thanks again for everything!
