Only one experience with this company but I'm very happy with my dress!
I've only ordered one item from Böhme, the Amanda tiered dress in a darker green, and I was very impressed with the heavier type rayon fabric. The dress is made very well and I plan to purchase from this company again, and recommend them as well. Very pleased ☺️

Your employees at the Farmington Utah…
Your employees at the Farmington Utah store were incredibly rude. No one welcomed me, acknowledged me, asked if I needed a dressing room. After trying a few things on, I bought a sweatshirt and had to listen to them talking to each other and complaining about working there and the employees there. They were trash talking my religion and I felt extremely uncomfortable and just wanted to get out if there. Worst shopping experience!

Absolute crap and I would never…
Absolute crap and I would never purchase from them. The quality of the product is poor and made oversees. I am very disappointed. The “summer” sundress which took three weeks to arrive was 100 % polyester!! Be very careful shopping on the site as they don’t tell you what the fabric is. I have read some nightmares regarding returns so I won’t even try but will never order again.

There is such a variety of great…
There is such a variety of great selection. The clothing is stylish, up to date, lots of choices all of the time. My only complaint would be that sizes vary too widely. That stops me from shopping online for their stuff, but not from shopping in store. Also, they seem to have a lot if employee turnover so I wonder if they don’t treat their employees well, but the girls are always friendly and they are helpful when needed.

I called. Left messages. Sent 2 emails I returned my skirt and you never gave me a refund.

Please note that from now on all sold-out items will be disappearing from our website within 14 days from the date they were sold out. However, if customers were added to our restock notifications for that specific item, even if the item is no longer on the website if the item becomes available again, the product automatically will be back on the website and the customer will be notified according to the information that was entered, either via text or via email.

I have been shopping on Bohme.com for a few years now and love it! Great product for a good value. I love the perks of being a VIC. Customer service is timely and friendly as well. They are always there to help if there is any issue with an order.

Love the Clothes, Return Policy is Too Stringent
I love the clothes they sale, the styles are so cute. I would give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the return policy. 21 days is less than most stores and no return on clearance items. Also defective must be submit within 48 hours and if not, it no longer qualifies for replacement or return. Also, no return on clearance items which is silly when you don’t live bread and are taking a complete gamble on it fitting, so I’m hesitant to purchase items on sale. I bought a skirt at full price, but did not wear it for a few weeks after purchasing the skirt. I put it on and pulled the skirt, adjusting it at the waists to straighten it, it ripped—first time wearing it. It’s so frustrating that I could not return it. So I’d just be aware of the policies. Cute items and love, love their dresses! Need better return policy though, should stand behind their products better.

Bad quality, and I have send back to wait for a refund and no refund and cost me posted to china and get rejected from custom and return back to me. Talk to the representative waste of time I just want my refund back and
Return your product is it to much to ask for. I give up never again dealing with oversea product again
