Fitted my new boiler very quick and clean 10 out of 10 I would recommend them to any one.

Very good experience. Friendly team on the phone and friendly, professional and helpful boiler engineer.

Adam did a very good job and dealing with him to arrange the boiler replacement was a pleasure.

I had to chase the paperwork (invoice and gas certificate) ) and I still do not have the installation certificate ,so the admin side can be improved.

Very friendly and helpful representative on the phone, who had an engineer at my house within a couple of hours. Appointment was Covid secure and he diagnosed the issue within a few minutes. Great value for money. Swift and efficient. Top customer service.

Engineer was a very pleasant. He wore a mask, arrived when scheduled and rang ahead as promised. He was efficient and knowledgable. I will definitely use Boiler Breakdowns again.

Great service, responded quickly to our call and came out the same day without a really expensive call out charge. New boiler installed quickly and efficiently with great instruction and help - super friendly team as well. Would use again and recommend.

My boiler suddenly stopped working. I called Boiler Breakdowns who sent an engineer within a couple of hours. it was a simple problem but as my boiler had not been serviced for a few years, I arranged to have it done. Within days all was well and the engineer was polite and very helpful. I can fully recommend them.

This company does not deserve a single star, I will be making a claim against them, I had a gas leak and i book a gas engineer to come and check, he said the leak is inside the floor and left with report, i have to arrange for a builder to dig the floor then i arrange another engineer to come check he said there is no leak in the pipe which was inside the floor and then he find out the leak in the joint near gas meter. Unprofessional gas engineer they sent cost me over thousand pound which could have cost me just £120.

Required a new boiler asap and the team
at Boiler Breakdowns managed to find a date at short notice. My shiny new boiler was installed by an engineer who did a neat job. No mess left behind and even programmed the boiler via thermostat. No issues so far and boiler is relatively quiet t compared to the previous racket I had.

Good communication, friendly, prompt.

Very helpful man- did a boiler service then gave me advice about the heating system and how to use it to save money. Very pleased with the service and will be using them for me next service
