Engineer David was on time and get the service done as required. The only other comment is about their customer service on calling back with a quote on another service required as never received a call back from them after been promised on several occasions

Very efficient as always. Arrive on time, carry out the work and provide the paperwork without any reminders. Good engineers and all at a reasonable price.

1st-year warranty check-up. Great service from the very first call through to the annual check-in, services, and payments. The engineer that completed the service has also installed the boiler one year ago so he knew all the details inside out (also great to catch up!)

Heating failed on a cold day. They had an engineer to us within 3 hours of our phone call and he was able to replace the faulty valve there and then - problem solved and 2 OAPs cosy again! The engineer was very polite and pleasant. Couldn’t ask for better service, and we shall certainly continue to use this firm.

Attended at short notice and did a good job including redecoration where necessary. Excellent service but at a price!

The technician was very prompt and pleasant. It was nice to get a follow-up call to confirm that everything was fine and certificate will be issued in mail.

The engineer cleaned the boiler and was helpful. But he reset the temperature and it doesn't seem to be on the hours he and I intended.

Could have been better

More expensive than I am used to paying.

Waited in for most of the day. Time was approaching the end of the time slot and engineer was delayed but no call to inform me of. Had to call into the office to find out what was happening. Was disappointed with this as it was the first time to use this plumbing service.

Engineer was however pleasant when he arrived.
