Bokksu sells some of the most beautiful products online; high quality craftsmanship, and delicious treats. Their customer service is highly responsive. I've never been disappointed with the items i've purchased here!

Order took over a month to arrive. Ordered several items at the beginning of December, but they did not arrive until January. This is despite the website stating that orders would usually arrive in "4–6 business days (plus up to 2 weeks for delays)."

When the items did not arrive, I followed up with their support team as instructed by the website's own FAQs, and Bokksu Boutique just told me to keep waiting. It took over a month for my order to finally arrive, and once it did one of my items was already close it its expiration date.

I ordered at the end of November. This was the first time I ordered from overseas and did not realize that the shipping time would be much longer than usual. I had hoped to get the package for Christmas. When it did not appear, I called to check on it and Yumi explained the logistics of ordering from overseas, which I appreciated. She also kept in touch with me and if I called (which I did) again, I always talked with Yumi, who knew my circumstances. It was really nice dealing with one person the whole time. Yumi also tracked my package to let me know an approximate date I would receive it. She went above board with the service and always with a smile. Customer service with this company is A1. I have already recommended Bokksu and will continue to recommend them as well as buying from them again.

I ordered from them Dec 1. As of Christmas Ever we have still not gotten what was to be my son’s Christmas gift.

I was so excited to receive my package but in reality you do have to wait a bit for it to arrive but the communication with Yumi was wonderful! I couldn't ask for a more pleasant and rewarding experience. Whooo Hoo Yumi!!!

Yumi is an excellent customer service representative--very fast, patient, and offers great product suggestions.

One of my favorite sites for Japanese goods. I love their curated & themed boxes & have purchased quite a few over the years. Selection has decreased since I first began ordering from them 5 or 6 years ago but the products they do offer are always great. I've never encountered any issues with shipping or delivery and have never had to contact customer service.

I was nervous about the box arriving on time, but it did, two a few days to spare. I can't wait to give this to my partner in preparation for his upcoming first trip to Japan!

I've ordered from them a couple of times since 2021. Mostly, they were snacks and we'd be pleased. This time, we decided to also include fragile items, which made me nervous (having worked in logistics-jobs a few times).

Thankfully, everything arrived well. (Even now, the calico cat-paw glass remains my little-sister's much-loved, often-used favorite drinking-implement.)

For most of my purchases, I don't need to call Support. And when I do (like this specific purchase), they're generally fixed well. In this case, there was an issue with the order, so I needed to get in contact with Support before shipment! To my surprise, Support got back to me, reporting the issue's resolution… just 52min.'s after my Support-request e-mail! Talk about FAST fixes!

So, definitely 5-stars!
