I had an issue within Amazon in that the description of the product changed when viewed in the "Basket". I contacted BOLDCUBE directly and Chloe took it upon herself to deal with the issue within Amazon and advised me to order directly thru themselves; which I did and am very happy with the outcome.

Excellent customer service and excellent scooters! Great quality, very sturdy.

The baby balance bike was delivered really quickly. Easy to assemble it looks great and can't wait to see it used by our first grandson, due to arrive from Australia very soon. It looks sturdy and fun so holding great hopes for some happy playing.

Ordered a rainbow scooter for my daughters 7th birthday and it arrived scratched, dented and damaged clearly showing it had been used. Not what I expect to receive when paying £60 for a scooter. I (at the very minimum) expect to receive a new product unless I intentionally purchase used which I would not

Ordered The bonnie bunny baby balance bike for my granddaughter’s 1st birthday which was dispatched within 24 hours. Email received from Hermes the same day to state they had received it, followed by another to say there would be a delay in delivery and I would be informed when it would be out for delivery. 10 days later I had still not heard from Hermes or received the bike, so contacted BOLDCUBE to report this via their online message system. I received an email within 2 hours apologising, and to ensure my granddaughter received her bike for her birthday, which was by then 2 days later, they had sent another one via DPD for next day delivery!! True to their word, I received the bike within 24 hours of sending the complaint and I was able to gift it to my granddaughter on her birthday! I have never been so impressed with a customer service team EVER!! Thank you so much BOLDCUBE. The bike is amazing. It’s solid, well made, safe and the perfect size for a tiny 1 year old. She loves it and is going to have many months of fun zipping around on it.

Bought for 5 Yr old grandson delivered next day. Easy to assemble light great graphics. Never been off it since light easy to fold great product delighted

Purchased balance bike was missing parts that I ordered for my sons birthday. I was told the parts would be sent ASAP but nothing has arrived.and I’m now having to purchase something else for my son from another place. Looking forward to getting my refund.

I approached Boldcube with a very specific request and they were able to help me, item was sent with prompt delivery, customer service was amazing, the scooter itself is great quality and a good build. Very smooth and quiet, sturdy with very bright lights in the wheels. Really happy with our purchase and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get a scooter. Great price for the product.
