I have 3 bollards fitted by them in summer 2023.
This winter due to freezing temperatures one of the bollards' lock got damaged. Since this wjnter I can't count how many times I have called them or texted them to come and fix it. They have promised each time they will come and fix it but they never have!!! I can hardly maneuver out my drive way !!! Such a bad after care and zero responsibility towards the customers!!!!

My husband told you right away that it was my his fault, he told you he broke it and

asked to come and fix it! He said he will pay for the repair,but you kept ignoring him! You were only concerned about the review we gave you and replied only after that!
When you finally came you said you would not fix it unless I remove the reviews...is it the way to treat the customers? But thank you very much we have found other

company who helped us within couple of days !

Quick installs, had to use this company twice in less than a week and quality, speedy service all around.

From start to finish we have been provided with excellent service. We contacted the company to discuss our requirements on Friday and by Monday our bollards were fitted. We were advised about the types of bollards that would be suitable for us, we chose to have telescopic bollards fitted. I can’t praise the fitters highly enough. They were professional with excellent attention to detail, we are extremely pleased with their workmanship. It is so refreshing to have a company that does what they say they will and work to a high standard. I would thoroughly recommend.

Great product and excellent service. I had the telescopic D4 bollard fitted on my drive. It was all done within 2 days of the request.

The fitters were very good and explained to me that the bollard lock can get stuck with grit and dirt, but regular WD40 will keep in clean. So not had a problem with that.

the bollards are fine, but I've started having problems with the lock sticking, so much so I can barely get the key out anymore, I was told I had a 2 year guarantee, the problem started within a year, I've emailed several times and had no response, so, it seems all they care about is taking your money, their customer service is none existent. so I would spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

I take back everything from the upper review, I had not expected to hear from them, then I got a phone call from the company, and they explained that there had been a few problems at the time and the emails I sent were missed, they were very apologetic, and promptly came out and fixed the problem, so I am now very pleased and would absolutely recommend them

We purchased 3 Intellipost 500 bollards and had them installed in May 2023. Since then these bollards have given us so many issues. The app doesn't work properly, bollards are moving in alternating directions and we're still waiting for remote fobs after over a year. Now 1 of the bollards needs a new battery. We thought automatic bollards without wiring would be great. It's the exact opposite. It would have been better to purchase manual bollards.

Excellent fast, quality service. Booked evening of Friday 3rd May 2024, after discussion with neighbour I had to vary the order. Was contacted Saturday 4th May 2024, agreed variation to order and booked in for Thursday 9th May 2024. Job was finished within 2.5hrs, excellent quality of workmanship, area completely cleaned, shown and demonstrated new bollards. Communication of the installation operatives was excellent and a credit to the company they represent. I would highly recommend this type of service and quality workmanship.
It is a shame that vans carried no advertising as it could better lead to more sales.

Give 3 stars because bollard security didn’t turn up for the initial appointment and I had to phone up to find out why….. very busy apparently but when arrived did a good job

Great experience with this company. From initial call to replacing the bollard the whole experience has been great. Professional and efficient, Richard has a great team behind him. Both Scott and Callum who fitted the bollard were proficient, well organised and cleared/cleaned up afterwards. A job well done. Would use again and would recommend.

From making contact with Andy to having the bollards installed today it was a first class service! Installation very neat and tidy. Andy kept us updated and answered any questions efficiently. Would highly recommend

Great people, great service from enquiry to aftersales follow up... from initial enquiry with Turkan and discussions the right product was selected and a slot booked for fitting. Proactively contacted by Turkan to confirm the slot a few days before hand and by the fitters also. Slot was adjusted slightly to earlier on the day by agreement due to challenges. The fitters, Scott and Callum, great guys turned up on time dig a very efficient and smart install, took about 1.5 hrs from start to finish. Bollard looks excellent... can't fault the guys, really appreciate your efforts and support. Definately recommend them.

I made a few calls and spoke to the MD who was great and was the reason why I decided to but from BS. I was told that I would get installed on Friday. I had to make several calls to be told the slot was not booked. They said they could come on Wednesday which was acceptable. Install was good, Installer great. I wanted more keys and its taken me many calls, many texts and many calls. The keys were meant to be £9.99 each and after frustrating contact I have finally got the keys sorted out by for c£38. I was also told I could not get the keys from anyone else. I would say whilst the people are nice, the after sales is poor and I would not use BS again.

The company was very responsive both before and after placing an order. Due to an installer breaking his wrist, the installation date had to be changed to a day when we couldn't be present to check the pole was being installed in the right place. Although the installer wasn't aware of all the instructions we'd supplied, we sorted things out over the phone. It was apparently a difficult job because of the ground our paving had been laid on, but the end result was a very neat job, and the pole seems securely installed. Well done to the installer, who had a hard day with a lot of driving.

Great service and very professional. Explained product well with a demonstration and how to maintain product over the years. Very happy I got this installed by this company.
