Friendly and helpful staff. Efficiently helped a group of eight to choose and book a cruise by providing us with options, quickly answering questions and then providing each couple with individual help and advice. This is the first time we have used Bolsover Cruises and we will definitely use them again.

We have just returned from our third tailor made cruise booked with Bolsover Cruise Club, and had a fabulous time as always. The staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgable. Nothing is too much trouble. On our return journey we were flying from HongKong into Dubai airport when the airport was closed due to a missile attack. The airline was understandably under a lot of pressure and information was not forthcoming. Eventually they dropped us off at a hotel but there was no one to provide guidance on what happened next. We contacted Bolsover cruise club and spoke to Libby who had us booked on a flight home the next day. She gave us good written instructions and we had a 24hr telephone helpline. Other passengers in our position were struggling either to contact their travel agent, or being told that they were unable to help and they had to deal with the airline directly. Under the circumstances this was really difficult as the phone lines were jammed. No one had 24hr helplines. It made us really appreciate the service that Bolsover cruise club provide. We wouldn’t book a cruise with anyone else now.

We had a tailor made holiday which included a stay in Miami, a 16 night cruise on the island princess through the Panama Canal and two nights in LA. Bolsover cruise club organised all of it including, flights and hotels, and hotel and airport transfers. It was perfect and no issues whatsoever. This meant we could just relax and enjoy every minute. Impeccable service and organisation . Wouldn’t dream of using any other company and highly recommend Bolsover Cruise Club.

Ada was amazing. Never used Bolsover Cruise Club before but was recommended to try them by friends of ours, so didn’t really know what to expect. Reception staff and Ada were all extremely friendly and helpful, and also very knowledgeable, so by the end of our appointment we had no doubts about confirming our booking with them.

We dealt with two excellent individuals, clearly both wanting to do all they could to show the company at it's best. We have used other cruise companies before that were good but Bolsover were fantastic, very helpful (and patient as we were arranging our trip with another couple also over the phone alongside booking the cruise), well done!! Initial paperwork arrived with lots of good extra information, so not just sell and run, fantastic!
