Bonamour has an amazing customer service team! We had a minor issue with sizing and they helped right away! This is a wonderful system and the library has the perfect variations of sounds to help us sleep wonderfully! Thank you Bonamour Sleep System!

Good product at a fair price. Catherine in customer service was pleasant and understanding with my dilemma. She’s a credit to your company. There should be more like her in other companies. The world would be a better place.

I ordered the original Bonamour Sleep System and was extremely dissatisfied. The battery life was not enough to last my full night sleep (8 hours) and there were connectivity issues. Add in the fact the original system didn’t block sound (only mask it with music when working), I did not sleep well. My spouse snores and I’m a light sleeper.

I contacted customer service by email to request a return and refund. The service rep was amazingly responsive and offered multiple solutions to my problem. In the end, what I needed was an upgrade to their newly released Bonamour Sleep Pro buds. The Pros had been released just after I had ordered the original pair or I would have splurged on the Pros from the beginning.

I am a strong believer that if you invest money into anything, you should invest in a high quality mattress and a high quality pillow. For light sleepers, you should add a high quality comfortable earbud based sleep system. A good night sleep is too valuable to not invest in.

The choices in the library are beyond great. I have been to gong bowl baths and these put me in the same type of relaxation. This is a great way to let yourself wind down for the day and go to sleep.

Shipping was fast. I received my earbuds within a couple of days of placing the order.

The library has an incredible collection of white and pink noises to help you fall asleep. Most importantly, their customer service agents do an amazing job of responding to your questions and concerns in a timely manner. I am very impressed and highly recommend Bonamour!

Amazing customer service! I ordered the Sleep buds for my wife to replace her Bose sleepbuds (no longer made). She loved the sound library and I understood the benefit of the binaural sound waves, but my wife wanted the smaller Sleep Pro buds, as they are the direct comparison to the outgoing Bose. Catherine, in customer service, was awesome! After explaining the difference between the two models, she switched them out without question. It's great to find a company that stands behind their products (5 year warranty vs Bose 2 year) and with great customer service. Thanks again!

i bought both the regular and the pro. i think they both hurt my ears. the pro’s are not the same quality as bose. my sleep buds don’t last 8 hrs and the music turns off sometimes in the middle of the night.
Do not love these.

I received the Bonamour sleep system as a Christmas gift, and I needed to upgrade to the smaller ear buds. I had a great experience with customer service at Bonamour helping me get the right fit.

Make sure you read all their fine print - I opened it, did not even put them in my ears- based on the Sound Library that is an antiquated webpage vs an App - I decided it was not for me - So I tried to return the unused items. They say they clearly state they do not accept returns at time of checkout. - but they do not state a no return policy during the checkout - it should be clearly pointed out that they do not accept returns in the checkout before you pay. Or there should be a warning in the box that, if you open it, you can not return it The sound library is a webpage - very antiquated and sounds you can find in Mediation apps and other places for free. Lastly, and I wish I had seen this before my purchase, TrustPilot has a warning their their reviews are incentivized -

Like others, I found the larger ear buds too big for my ears. Catherine was great to deal with and worked with me to get the smaller size. The sound library has a nice selection and these have helped to mask my tinnitus.

I recently had some questions and an issue to deal with and Catherine P. handled all my questions and took care of the issue in a fantastic manner. I could not be happier with the way everything has been handled by Catherine and her team. From the initial order through the handling of this issue the customer service has been terrific.

Best earbud I have found since Bose discontinued theirs. Library is great and earbuds are small and comfortable.

DO NOT BUY This company is a scam, they sell “premium earbuds” that are cheap, and they don’t even know. All their products are available on Temu for 20$, and they have a no refund policy. If you do try to do a refund, they will refuse to, and even claim their core product is their “sound library”, which is dumb because it’s just a bunch of random sounds that’s available for free on spotify. This company is a blatant scam that’s selling cheap horrible quality earbuds at an extreme price

Bonamour needs to know how good their customer support team is. I bought this set for my wife to replace broken Bose sleep buds. The sound library is broader, but we had some fit problems. The support team was incredibly kind, and incredibly patient working with me. Even in the beginning when I was very frustrated they simply helped and wanted to be sure we had a good experience with their product and company. I happily recommend if you're looking for a great sleep solution and you want more than just white noise!

Giant earbuds. HARD plastic, no soft surface for comfort. The sound library is okay. Extra money for smaller, (more comfortable?) ones are an extra $75? My butt. And no returns unless upgrading. These fall FAR short of expectations, and I would NOT recommend.
