Great customer service, with quick response!
Product was good, but the fit did not match. After reaching out to customer service, the issue was resolved quickly and we were very satisfied with the product's capabilities!

The original earbuds I bought didn’t fit well so I emailed customer service on what can be done. Catherine P., the manager of the customer experience team has been amazing! First class customer service. Extremely knowledgeable and prompt with communication back and forth. Thank you for the kindness!

Their customer service is very responsive. They devices and system work well. But We needed a different smaller size. They were very helpful and got our replacement turned around very quickly and were very pleasant.

The customer rep got back to me immediately addressing my concerns and stayed with it until we had a solution. She helped me find the best ear pods for me ears.

I needed to exchange the pair I ordered and contacted customer service. They responded quickly and it was from an actual person and not an automated email. The agent was very helpful and walked me through the exchange options. It was a great overall experience.

I struggle with sleep. I've tried so many different products in an attempt to get better sleep without much success, so when I bought the Bonamour Sleep System, I was hopeful but fairly skeptical. I bought the Pro XS which are small and comfortable enough to sleep on your side (as promised). I typically use a standard brown noise to fall asleep, but found the binaural beats provided by Bonamour soothing me to sleep. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised by the results. They were absolutely worth the investment.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! IF I COULD GIVE BONAMOUR A ZERO RATING I WOULD. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PHONE. THEY HAVE THIS RECORDING OF A HIGH- SQUEAKY VOICE THAT APOLOGIZES FOR BEING BUSY AND DIRECTING THE CALLER TO USE THEIR EMAIL. I HAVE DONE THAT AND I ASKED SEVERAL QUESTIONS; OF WHICH ONLY ONE WAS ANSWERED. LUCKILY, IT WAS THE ANSWER FOR MY DAD’S ISSUE; LARGE FINGERS WITH SOME ARTHRITIS.
I ORDERED THE LARGE SET FOR MY DAD AND THE MEDIUM FOR MYSELF. I FLEW OUT TO CALIFORNIA AND RENTED A CAR FOR CHRISTMAS. I GAVE MY DAD HIS SET AND THEY WERE THE EXTRA-SMALL SET. TOTALLY THE WRONG SET AND TOTALLY NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I RETURNED HOME WITH THEM. IT DID NOT RUIN OUR HOLIDAY, BUT IT SURE MADE ME VERY UPSET. SO MUCH SO THAT I HAD TO GO FOR A WALK TO GET OUT OF THE CRUDDY MOOD IT PUT ME IN.
NOW I AM TRYING TO DEAL WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET; THE SQUEAKY VOICE RECORDING, AGAIN. HAVING TO TYPE ALL OF THIS INSTEAD OF SPEAKING TO A PERSON. THEN WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. THEN CLARIFYING IT. THEN WAITING FOR ANOTHER RESPONSE. I JUST WANT TO SCREAM. IT HAS BEEN JUST HORRIBLE!!!

Great library of sleep sounds. Much better than binaural beats I’ve tried before. Also, wonderful customer service that helps with troubleshooting and helping the product work for you!

I worked with Catherine regarding my return. She was helpful and responsive. I’ve been using Bose sleep buds for years and I’m excited to try Bonamour!

I encountered issues with the regular-sized earbuds I ordered, but the customer care department provided exceptional support. It is so refreshing to do business with a company that has a customer service department that, in my opinion , is second to none! Due to a shipping glitch, which I caused, I contacted customer service 3 "shipping" days before the Christmas holiday and informed them of my error. Unbelievably, they were able to get me the product I wanted before Christmas day and I live on the opposite side of the country. My wife LOVES her new sleep buds !

These help with my not hearing my spouse snore and highway traffic. Customer service is amazing too.

Initially I purchased the PROxs, which turned out not to be a good fit. I contacted customer support (Christmas Eve and got a response right away) and was recommended to try the PRO. This was similar to the Bose Sleepbuds I was replacing. I should have paid more attention when I ordered them but am thankful for customer support being so responsive.

Have to say they have great customer service, they respond quickly and help the customer right away. Also I love the sound library lots of options.

The Bonamour sleep system helped me to navigate a good nights sleep. Their easy-to-use sound platform offered a library of "full night sleep" options that allowed me to experiment with diverse ways to fall and stay asleep. The size of the earbuds was much more comfortable than my air pods and allowed me to sleep on my side.

I am looking forward to trying all the different choices in the sound library. Thanks for the prompt/human response to my initial sizing issue. Good experience so far!

The customer experience is EXCELLENT & I loved communicating with a REAL person! - the ear buds are a unique product & great quality - the instructions are really easy to follow - I plan to use it on the airplane & hotel rooms where I can never get good sleep 😴

I work nights and love sleeping w music or a podcast. Wire was always in the way and choking me lol.
These are comfy, battery last all night (day) and I would buy again.

I ordered the standard sleep system and the only thing that didn't work for me was the size but they were very helpful in getting me into another size that will work better for me, I have had issues with ear bud sizes in the past. I like the fact that these ear buds can play anything I want, I have used other systems in the past that are only predefined sounds and these offer much more flexibility. I would certainly recommend these for people to try.

I am most impressed with the sound quality of the Bonamour Sleep System. Even being a side sleeper, they are super comfortable and stay in well. Equally impressive is their excellent customer service. They strive to provide prompt and detailed communications to quickly get your needs met. The sound library has become my go to for enhanced sleep and meditation. With the quality, comfort, soothing sounds and great service I don’t hesitate to recommend give this company a 5 star review!
