Dont buy anything from this company! I returned an item for a refund on the 9th April Tracked Royal Mail. She has received the item yet I still havent had a refund despite numerous emails sent to her.

Quality of product is lovely quick delivery happy woman.

I have not received my order yet!

Still waiting for an order placed over a month ago. No response to my three email chasers. Now contacting my credit card company to pursue a refund

Am awaiting refund for returned item - which was tracked and arrived on 7th April - acknowledgement of return

I had ordered 2weeks ago and had not received my order, yesterday I spoke to a lovely lady who arranged for a replacement! I have just received my order. The quality of the items are great and look beautiful, so pleased with the customer care service and will definitely be ordering again!

I placed 2 orders for 4 pair of magic trousers on march 22nd and 23rd and have not received them. I have sent emails and contacted them but been unable to speak with anyone. Terrible company.

I still have not received my purchase. I go on holiday on Friday this week so if it doesn’t arrive before then I will have to return it when I get back.

Love your clothes love following your social media and I would order fairly regularly but your couriers are awful 😞. Top marks for you bottom for the couriers. Sorry xx

Improve on sending orders out on time
I still haven't received my package. This is the 2nd time it has happened Nina Griffiths-Brown.

I previously left a 1 star review, as my item was not delivered within the stated timeframe and I could not make contact via email or phone. However, it has now been delivered, via next day delivery. I’m not sure if this was due to my poor review…But it is a shame I had to go to these lengths to get a response. I want to support independent businesses, but communication is vital for customers. Pls don’t ignore emails/phone calls, it just irritates us. On a positive note the item I ordered is good quality and value for money. Thank you.

I love the clothes I buy from Bond Street. They always have a point of difference in design and are of good quality fabrics. Excellent service, too.
