I sent 2 dresses back 3 months ago and still haven’t received a refund let alone the dresses.

Charlotte kept promising I would receive the refund but to this day not received a penny back.

Do not order from this company unless you are 100% sure of the size and item you are ordering or you won’t be getting a refund or return processed .

Amazing service from start to finish. Really attentive and sorted my order out effectively and fast! The clothes here are gorgeous. Shopped with them for years now x

DO NOT BUY – £500 LOST BEFORE MY WEDDING

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I ordered a dress for my wedding costing almost £500, and this has been one of the most stressful online shopping experiences I have ever had.

Despite waiting over 8 weeks, I have received nothing. The company repeatedly told me that my refund had been processed and asked me to wait a further 5 working days, but the money never arrived. Every time I contacted them, I was given another excuse, yet they have never provided any proof that a refund was actually issued.

I have sent countless emails and Instagram messages trying to resolve this directly, but all I have received are empty promises. As a result, I have now had to raise a formal dispute with my bank.

What is most concerning is that after searching Trustpilot, I discovered many other customers describing almost identical experiences—waiting months for refunds, being ignored, and never receiving their money back. Seeing the same pattern repeated over and over is incredibly worrying.

This wasn’t just another online purchase. It was a £500 dress for my wedding, and the stress this has caused during what should have been one of the happiest times of my life has been unbelievable.

Please think very carefully before ordering from this company. Based on my experience, if something goes wrong, you may face months of chasing with no resolution.

I would never order from them again, and I sincerely hope this review prevents someone else from going through the same experience I have.

I honestly can’t thank Dolls House Fashion enough! After being completely let down by another company just before my abroad hen in marbs! , they turned my order around so quickly and made sure it arrived in time.

The quality was amazing, and I felt absolutely stunning wearing it. I had so many compliments throughout the day and couldn’t have been happier with my purchase. Their customer service went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE! i have lost over $700, they never emailed me with tracking or any updates. I had sent multiple emails which is received no response. I have still not received the item i ordered and have not received any response from them. Avoid this company. They are scammers.

BE AWARE, this seller DOES NOT process refunds. I made an order, then I cancelled it after 4 days because it was not even shipped and it would not have arrived on time. Despite the order has never been shipped, after one month they still did not process the refund. I decided to take legal action against them.
