I didn't get what I ordered.Both phone numbers were out of commission on the invoice. I was cut off when trying to get through on the mobile number and no one has acknowledged my message.
Wrong order. I ordered blue cargo trousers. My order was blue trousers but they had a hole where the stitching hadn't caught.
This is the first time I have had any difficulties, the service is usually first class.

Fast delivery and love the clothes always get lots of compliments x

Ordered 2 items and returned 1 as it didn’t fit …. I’ve had no confirmation that they have received the returned item and haven’t received a refund !

As the item didn’t fit, I returned it as per instructions with tracked delivery (costing £8.95 by Royal Mail). More than 2 weeks later no refund has been issued and no response to email or query via website.

a great selection of slightly unusual and quirky, great quality clothing and accessories. It's easy to place an order online, and delivery via courier has been very quick. Every item I've purchased has been very good quality. I can't comment on their customer service as I've never been disappointed and not needed to contact them.

The navy denim look wide leg trousers and the abstract face fine knit top are beeeeeautiful! Very fashion forward and flattering for my size 16 shape.

Arrived quickly which was great! The trousers are so stylish & lived up to expectations. Can’t wait to wear them!! The fit was perfect too!

Good website and easy to use. Had an e mail from Hooe in customer services asking if my address was correct, it turned out it wasn't (PayPal mistake..again! ) so luckily it was rectified before item posted, well spotted by company.
Trousers ordered are lovely will definitely use again
