Very helpful and helped with choices for my glasses!

It is a great store, the staff is really nice and helpful. The prices are great and the quality is there. I will definitely be back to buy my next glasses. I went to the Galeries d’anjou location and the lady who helped me was very nice, and answered all my questions (I did not get her name).

Great customer interaction. I actually found what I wanted and needed! Plus I really enjoyed the shopping experience.

Excellent service from Sara and all the team.

Calm, professional, patient.
Very helpful in choosing the right frames and types of lenses.

Dedicated team.
Highly recommended the location in Fairview.

Sara is the best stylist that I encountered so far,

I visited the boutique good apperance clean and the sales persons are very helpful will help you pick the right size frame for your face i find the quality is very good good pricing and excellent service quick and accurate

I brought my 96 year old neighbour today to the Sherway Gardens location. Rose was patient and kind and so very helpful. As well, the young woman who measured Gladys helped with costing and planning the right weight for Gladys' lenses. Thank you!

I got THE BEST service from Laura at Galeries d’Anjou!
She went above and beyond to give me all the informations needed to make the best choices for me. And also to totally clean my old glasses, something my previous lunetterie wouldn’t even want to do!😳 Thanks for everything! I would not go anywhere else 👍

Amazing service. The optometrist, Catherine, was particularly helpful.

1st time shopping for glasses & it was amazing at the store In Carrefour Laval. My sale rep was AMAZING (Catherine). Very professional, easy going & honnest. Also, the price was amazing. I definitely recommend a visit to that store * ask for Catherine.

I came just before closing and I didn’t have an appointment to have my glasses adjusted But Dédé and Eileen were so kind. Dédé adjusted my glasses while Eileen explained to me the procedures.

Excellent, friendly service! The woman helping me was fabulous. With such a great selection, I was able to choose exactly what I wanted quickly and easily. She adjusted the sunglasses a couple of times and I was good to go. Thank you!

Great service. Knowledgeable. Efficient.

Bonlook rue Notre-Dame, MERCI !!! Je conseil Bonlook à tout le monde !!
