BonLook レビュー

Just purchased my new pair of glasses with Chris at the Fairview Mall location of BonLook. The selection is so much simpler than at other glasses retailers and neutral. I immediately found two pairs I liked whereas I usually can't find anything in those other stores. Chris was available to answer any questions and he was so informative. He even pulled out some sample lens to help me better understand what I'm looking for and what I did and didn't need. He was really honest and not pushy at all. I can't wait to get my glasses now and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Bought a few pairs of glasses at the Kingsway location and Mitchie was incredible! She was so sweet and helpful. She definitely made my visit more enjoyable! Thank you:)

Great affordable prices compared to all other stores in the mall. Love the trendy styles they always have here, a great place to add a trendy unique piece to your collection.

This is my second pair of glasses from BonLook and I absolutely love them.

great selection. very professional and helpful

I would like to say thank you to all the staff of bonLook for their great customer service particularly Jill. I had a situation with my glasses and they resolved it and refund me the money. It took little time though but they took the issue in a responsible manner. Square one is Great store, and great staff.

Got a super service from Catherine at the Notre Dame store, price are affordable and the selection good.

I do not know about the product...will see

The first time I went in to the Bonlook store at Rideau centre when it first opened the staff were extremely rude, they barely acknowledged me and seemed annoyed when I asked them a question. But a few years later, I recently went in and the person who helped me was super helpful and nice. She picked out the frames that I eventually ended up getting and the process was easy.

J’ai adoré mon expérience au BonLook Dix30 ! Les 3 employés ont été accueillants, courtois et m’ont offert un service à la clientèle hors pair.

An employee by the name Asha Chopra was super helpful during my visit at Bonlook. She was very helpful and gentle when fitting me for my new frames. I really appreciate the time she took to ensure I got the best care. Thank you Asha!

Amazing experience at BonLook Square One! Shobiga was a super helpful stylist and knew exactly what I was looking for as soon as I described it. The rest of the staff also had great input to share to make sure I pick the right frames for my face. I had an eye exam with Dr. Lakhani and it was the most thorough eye exam I’ve had! She explained what each result meant and answered any questions I had. A lovely experience and I will definitely be back! Thanks to the team at Sq 1!

The store manager and assistant store manager were amazing. I really enjoy their service. Full patience, professional advice. Will definitely come back again. Thank you Mitchie and Shelly! You girls are amazing!!

Charmaine & the other ladies at the Sherway location were incredibly helpful & honest helping me pick out my new frames. It was a very fast & easy process. Best place to get beautiful frames at a good price with great service!

The associate I dealt with at Limeridhe Mall was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I am a repeat customer and will continue to take my business there. Also great value for 2 pairs compared to other companies such as Hakim, Pearl and Lenscrafters.

The staff was excellent at Bonlook Eaton Center! They are very knowledgeable and would help you find the perfect pair!

Excellent service! The staff was very knowledgeable and professional.

Super friendly staff. It had a nice visit and I am very pleased about the experience.

The staff at the Eaton Center location suggested a lot of different styles and the optician was able to validate which styles were the best fit for my face. Overall, they were patient, helpful and their advice was great. Highly recommend as the next place to buy your glasses!
