ho ordinato due settimane fa un orologio ordine #10516 e non ho più notizie da quel giorno.
contattati via mail, social e telefono non ho ottenuto nessuna risposta.
sono disposta ad attendere per l'orologio ma vorrei sapere se arriverà mai.
per ora davvero scandalosi!
provvederò, eventualmente, ad informare chi di competenza perchè se nessuno si fa sentire, questa è una truffa bella e buona.

Do not order a watch at Bonvier.

This company promises to deliver a watch in 2-5 days. I ordered one some time ago and have paid for it in advance. I have received no update. I tried contacting them via email and instagram and I get no response.

I want a watch or my money returned but I can't seem to get hold of anyone. I don't know what else to do, so I'm thinking about legal action.

Ordered my third Bonvier watch with order number #10354 on the website on 24th of June. Unfortunately, nothing has been delivered yet. Reached out several times to customer service, but no response.

As the watch is prepaid, would love to hear back from customer service what's going on?!

Incredibile. Non trovo parole. Acquisto un orologio con l'idea di avere a che fare con una società affidabile (sito facebook, instagram, diverse pubblicità) ed invece dopo un mese non ho ricevuto una sola risposta. L'indirizzo indicato sul sito si trova in mezzo alle colline degli Appennini Abruzzesi. Vorrei capire come sia possibile nel 2020 tutto ciò. Non hanno un riferimento telefonico, non rispondono alle mail, anche nel caso di segnalazioni non si hanno risposte. Chissà se l'autorità competente può fare qualcosa per fermare queste situazioni. Sono pronto a ricredermi ..... ma ho forti dubbi

I placed the order on May 5 and paid fully amount and it still didn't get delivered. When I emailed them they setup auto reply. No any information about shipping? it's scammed or what?

Compré un reloj de 89€ en abril i todavía no me ha llegado ni me han devuelto el dinero. Les dejo una semana (hasta el martes 15) para devolverme el dinero. Si no me llega procederé a ponerles una denuncia.

J’avais déjà passé commande d’une montre et je l’avais reçu mais il y a de ça un an après une bonne expérience j’ai voulu retenter l’affaire sauf que je n’ai jamais reçu la montre ils ne répondent à aucun mail et ils m’ont bloqué de Instagram j’ai l’impression que le COVID-19 ne leur a pas fait du bien du coup ils arnaquent tout le monde ne passez surtout pas de commande chez eux quelles recours avons-nous pour récupérer notre argent ?

I’ve already spoke to my lawyer who advised me to take legal steps or file a lawsuit if I am not receiving my order or my money transferred back onto my credit card.

I ordered a watch on the 3rd of July (order number #10391) and it was shipped on the 7th of July, I still haven't received it, can you tell me what is going on? And when I will receive the watch?

I have sent a number of emails and I've had nothing back! If I dont hear back i will be rasing a fraud case with my bank.

Der Uhrenshop Bonvier, ist ein Fake Onlineshop. Wir hatten zum Glück über Paypal bestellt und erhielten unser Geld zurück. Der Kundenservice hält einen mit leeren Versprechen hin damit sie das Geld so lange wie möglich behalten können und nicht zurückzahlen müssen. Inzwischen bietet der Shop auch keine Zahlung mehr über Paypal an, weil Paypal die Zusammenarbeit auf Grund von Betrug mit dem eingestellt hat. Also kauft nichts bei diesem Shop es ist ein reine Fake Onlineshop!

This is my third review, only writing this because it seems to be the only way bonvier will reply. Ordered watch 5 months and still nothing. Absolute joke of a company. Do not buy

J'ai beau tenté de les contacter a plusieurs reprises depuis le mois de décembre, je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Depuis plusieurs mois, je demande a être remboursé personne ne me réponds.
Je trouve ça scandaleux, peu professionnel, on dirait une arnaque. Pas de nouvelles de leur part, que du silence. Mais en attendant,j'ai payé quelques choses que je n'ai pas.

I would give no stars if I could... I’m STILL waiting for the watch to come. Said it was shipped? Nearly two months ago. Customer service is practically non existent. I’ve messaged on Instagram, Facebook, I’ve emailed and messaged through their request form on their website multiple times.
I ordered this watch MONTHS ago and was then informed at the beginning of July that it would be shipped at the end of July and got an email to say it was and still I haven’t received any tracking information or any response from their team. Do NOT shop from Bonvier, it’s a scam

Liebes Bonvier Team,

ich versuche nun seit Monaten und zum sicherlich 10ten mal Sie zu kontaktieren. Leider ist Bonvier nicht im Stande mir ein Update zu geben, wo seit Januar meine Uhr bleibt oder wo mein Geld wegen Rücktritt vom Kaufvertrag abgeblieben ist.

Seit Januar warte ich auf meine Bestellung. Der Kundendienst fühlt sich nicht zuständig für einen und die Kundenhaltung hat Bonvier auch nicht verstanden.

Ich will, dass Bonvier mich umgehend kontaktiert und mir ein Update gibt zu meiner Bestellung und meinem Geld.

Don't believe anything they write here. Despite their promisses I didin't get any reply or information about the watch. I've never had anything to do with such a pathetic company. I don't think I'll ever gey the watch or my money back.

Don’t buy this brand i saw a lot of followers and comments on there instagram page and you should report this page because it’s the only reason that you go and buy there items!!!
What a mess bonvier what a shame!!
And trustpilot team please don’t ask us to delete our comments the people they need to know what happened with us!!

It’s almost been two weeks since I have contacted costumer service and they still haven’t gotten back to me. I was told on trustpilot that they would get back to me which they still haven’t. I still don’t have a tracking number and don’t know where my package is.
