I bought your watch has 2 months, with order # 10539 and had no answer.  I wonder when I get the watch.  i very disappointed, any answers.

Ovviamente mai arrivato nulla e nessuna risposta dal servizio clienti. Soldi scalati subito. Peccato aver capito dopo la truffa.

Commandé pour un cadeau avant le covid-19 en février ! J'espérai recevoir vite ma montre mais le covid est arrivé entre temps ! J'étais compréhensif que les expéditions étaient bloquées donc j'ai attendu après et rien malgré une bonne 30e de mail pour savoir l'avancement de la livraison et me faire rembourser ou réexpédier...
Tout simplement une arnaque ! Ne pas acheter car nous ne recevez rien...

Acquisto fatto in data 30 agosto 2020 e ad oggi, 12 ottobre 2020, dopo varie email alle quali non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta, dell'orologio non vi è traccia.
Non comprate è solo una truffa.
Scrivo la recensione per far in modo che altri non caschino in questa truffa e spero, ma ne dubito di ricevere il rimborso o quanto meno il fantomatico orologio!

J'aurais dû lire les avis avant... de commander le 20/09/2020 une montre à 79 eur pour l'anniversaire de mon fils. Toujours pas reçu à ce jour et pas de réponse au mail de réclamation fait sur le site de BONVIER... Je suis DEG !!! C'est honteux !!!! A dénoncer...

Yo ya he interpuesto una denuncia porque el pedido numero #10321 correspondiente a un reloj lo pedí en abril y no ha llegado ni me han devuelto el dinero. Exijo la devolución inmediata.

Perte de temps et d’argent , ne surtout pas achetez d’article bonvier, la seul chose que l’on ne peut pas enlever à cette marque c’est qu’il sont très bon-anraqueurs,et qu’il ont un service après vente du tonnerre, bien évidement c’est une blague . NE PAS ACHETER DE PRODUIT.

Chiedo di procedere all invio dell ordine #10546 effettuato il 16 settembre. Sono passati quasi 15 giorni mentre dicevate che in 2-5 veniva spedito. Attendo una risposta urgente prima di rivolgermi, anche per la funzione che svolgo, ai miei colleghi della guardia di finanza.. facendovi oscurare il sito. Confido ancora nella vostra buona fede.. attendo l’ordine entro 2 giorni sennò provvederò diversamente. Grazie

Ordine #9583. Acquistato il 4/02/2020 (ormai 7 mesi fa). Mai arrivato. Contattato il servizio clienti tramite tutti i canali ma nessuna risposta. Ci riprovo a giugno, e finalmente ricevo risposta il 24/06/2020. Mi viene detto che si scusano per il ritardo (solo 4 mesi😂) e che il modello da me scelto non è disponibile. Mi chiedono di sceglierne un altro tra quelli disponibili. Invio la mia e richiesta e mi comunicano che verrà presto spedito. Ovviamente l’articolo non è mai stato spedito. Da allora il silenzio totale e piu nessuna risposta dal servizio clienti. Purtroppo non ho molto tempo da dedicare alla questione, ma per principio mi attiverò per denunciarli alle autorità competenti, è una vera truffa.

Det är mycket lätt att beställa och betala en produkt från Bonvier.com !

Det är en helt annan sak att få produkten,närmast omöjligt . Har nu väntat i fem månader på min klocka som jag betalade , 2020-08-23, men har inte hört någonting från företaget, de har ingen kundtjänst, bara en automatisk svarsmaskin s.k. no reply mail answer - machine ! Jag avråder bestämt från att handla deras varor, titta först Hos Trust Pilot, vilka omdömen kunderna ger, katastrof !

ich warte nun seit 3 Monaten auf meine Bestellung. Auf meine E-Mails habe ich bis dato noch keine einzige Antwort bekommen. Mir wurde lediglich ein einziges Mal auf meine Bewertung geantwortet was meiner Meinung nach kein Kundenservice ist. Es ist reine Abzocke! Ich habe zwei Uhren bestellt und sehe leider keinerlei Reaktion oder Bemühungen seitens des Unternehmens, sich um die Bestellung zu kümmern!
Ich kann diese Seite wirklich niemandem empfehlen! Es ist reine Show und pure Abzocke! Ich hoffe wirklich das sich viele vorher die Bewertungen durchlesen und nicht den gleichen Fehler wie ich machen und sich von der schönen Aufmachung der Seite blenden lassen und sich etwas bestellen.

Ich bitte nochmal höflichst darum, sich um meine Bestellung zu kümmern oder mir mein Geld zurück zu überweisen da ich sonst keinen anderen Weg sehe, als Strafanzeige zu stellen und rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten, da ich es nicht einsehen 200€ für GAR NICHTS zu zahlen.
Sollte diese Bewertung von einem Mitarbeiter des Bonvier-Unternehmen Gelsen werden, meine Bestellnummer ist: #10448.
Ich bitte um eine Zeitnahe Antwort um endlich eine Lösung zu finden, denn so geht das sicherlich nicht weiter!

Da ich vor 1-2 Jahren bei bonvier Uhr bestellt habe und alles funktionierte einwandfrei, habe ich mich entschieden noch eine Uhr zu bestellen und auch ein neues Armbanduhr für die anderen.
Am 1. September bestellt, Geld wurde abgebucht, Email Bestätigung bekommen....... Und die Bestellung ist immer noch nicht da. :(((( sehr enttäuschend.
Ich hoffe (nach dem Allen was ich da gelesen habe) meine Bestellung kommt in den nächsten Wochen.

I have ordered (#9635) in February (7!! months ago) and I haven't received my watch yet. This is completely unacceptable. The customer service isn't getting back to me- I contacted them several times via email and Instagram.

where is my watch! It supposed to be a birthday gift and I selected the express shipping which cost me 12 euro extra and we are 2 months further no gift no watch!! not even a reply from Bonvier after mailing 10 times! This is extremely bad. To sum up: I paid everything but no gift and no response from Bonvier!!!!

Compre 2 relojes el 27 julio 2020.
A la semana recibo un correo de que mi pedido estaba en camino.

Mande 3 mails y te responden con un mail automático que queda en la nada.

A fecha de hoy 16 septiembre de 2020, todavía no he recibido el pedido, habiéndole comunicado por correo en varias ocasiones el retraso que estaba sufriendo y no habiendo obtenido ninguna justificación satisfactoria.

Sirva la presente carta como aviso para indicarles que si en menos de 3 días de la recepción de la misma no he recibido la mercancía o mi dinero devuelto o una procederé a ejercer las medidas oportunas por incumplimiento del contrato por su parte.

Facciamo azioni legali e denunciamo alla polizia postale e finanza tutto l'accaduto. È palesemente una truffa, ho ordinato l'orologio ad aprile e non è arrivato. Non rispondono alle mail, hanno disattivato il numero telefonico, mi hanno bloccato su facebook e hanno chiuso la pagina instagram. TRUFFA!!!
