We sincerely apologise that your parcel arrived damaged. As confirmed in your email exchange with our Customer Happiness Team, while we would never send our parcels in this condition, once they’re with the third-party courier, we unfortunately don’t have control over how they’re handled in transit, but rest assured, we've provided your feedback to the team.

We know how disappointing it can be to finally try a style you’ve been waiting for, especially when your usual size hasn’t been available.
While we do provide a detailed size guide and measurement chart online to help customers choose their best fit, we understand that bras can feel very different once tried on, and cup shape and coverage preferences can vary from person to person.

Your comments about the XS cup size not aligning with your expectations are helpful, and we’ll be sure to pass this along to our product team for review.

Regarding returns, our shipping and return fees are outlined on our website prior to purchase so customers can make an informed decision.
We aim to be transparent about these costs, though we understand they can feel disappointing when an item isn’t quite right.

We’re sorry to hear that the items didn’t meet your expectations in terms of feel and fit. Comfort is at the heart of what we design, so it’s important for us to hear when something doesn’t feel right.

All of our fabric compositions are listed on each product page, and our core fabric is made from organically grown bamboo viscose blended with other fibres (such as elastane or nylon, depending on the style) to provide stretch, structure and durability. We would never label a product as bamboo if it were polyester.
That said, we understand that fabric feel can be subjective, and if the hand-feel wasn’t what you expected, that’s valid feedback.

In terms of fit, different styles are intentionally designed to be worn differently. For example, some pieces are designed as relaxed, everyday layers, while others, like seamfree or base-layer styles, are created to sit closer to the skin for a smooth finish under clothing.
We also provide fit notes and garment measurements online to help set expectations, though we appreciate that real-life wear can sometimes feel different.

Your comments about the undershorts riding up and the variation in sizing across styles are particularly helpful, and we’ll be sure to pass this along to our design team for review.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re really glad your order reached you in good time!

To provide further details about our fabrics' composition, we test our products relentlessly, and after countless hours of R&D, we made the decision to include some additional materials besides bamboo viscose or lyocell. This is because bamboo yarn alone does not provide enough strength, drape, and stretch to produce functional garments that move with you throughout the day and withstand repeated wash and wear. To create high-quality products that last, we sometimes need to make these carefully considered compromises.

Some of our other fabrics, such as our Lightweight Bamboo Jersey Fabric, contains 95% bamboo viscose and 5% elastane, which is a good example of how we adjust the fabric mix for function while keeping the bamboo content high. Ultimately, it’s all about ensuring each product performs as intended.

We also aim to be transparent about our materials, which is why each product page includes a dedicated fabric section. This shares more detail about the handfeel, weight, construction, and full fabric composition, to help give a clearer picture of what to expect before purchasing.

For example, our Full Bust range offers additional support and adjustable features, while other designs focus on everyday comfort and light support.

Our standard return and exchange policy, including the return label fee, is outlined on our website. For added flexibility, we also offer Return Coverage (Checkout+) for a flat fee at checkout, which covers the cost of return shipping if you need to send something back.

As per our Shipping & Delivery policy, all orders placed through our EU website are dispatched from our warehouse in Essex, England.

Delivery to Portugal typically takes 11–15 business days, and we can see your order was shipped on September 15th and delivered on September 30th, which falls within this timeframe.

That said, we understand that the route and customs delays you experienced didn’t feel straightforward or smooth.
