Our outbound trip was great, very nice driver, she was nog grumpy bur very nice and had no problems with us being loud. The way back was also a very nice driver, only we did not get driver details and he was about half an hour late, so was a bit of a search to find the correct number. But in the end everything was one.

Overal op tijd aangekomen en hielden zich netjes aan de vooraf gemaakte afspraken. Zeker voor Herhaling vatbaar!

De buschauffeur was op de tijd, erg vriendelijk, flexibel en de bus was schoon en de stoelen zaten heerlijk. Bedankt voor jullie hulp en jullie vertrouwen in ons omdat het geld wat later zou komen.

Es war alles super organisiert, schnelle Reaktion auf meine Fragen/Änderungen. Danke & jederzeit wieder :)

Fijne heenreis gehad. Meneer was heel vriendelijk en wij werden netjes op tijd gebeld dat hij wat later was door file. Kan natuurlijk gebeuren! Maar geen probleem!

Terugweg was in principe prima. Meneer was vrij vroeg, ook wat minder in contact. Maar hij heeft ons netjes van A naar B gebracht.

Fijne ervaring. Duidelijk platform waar je alles kunt regelen.

Erwin was een topbuschauffeur! Fijne communicatie en hij zorgde dat ons bedrijfsfeest nog even werd doorgezet in de bus met gezellige muziek.

We waren erg tevreden met de service van BookaBus. Onze chauffeur, Jan, was een vriendelijke en gezellige man. Ze waren goed op tijd en alles ging volgens afspraak.

Snel geregeld, makkelijk schakelen. Bedrijf komt afspraken na.

Heel gemakkelijk geregeld met bookabus en alles klopte precies. Mooi op tijd. Goede informatie en een eigen account zodat je tussentijds wijzigingen kunt maken. Perfect, een aanrader!

The service was too good to be true :) Everything was excellent, with great communication from the customer service to the bus driver, who was on time! I would highly recommend taking Bookabus services as a programme manager for a group of 30 business students, as it saved me time searching for a reliable company in the city that I did not know.

We booked a bus for our day trip to Cologne with our student association. Overall, everything went smoothly. We had to change the drop-off location in Cologne in advance due to roadworks, and the driver was very flexible about this, which we really appreciated.

However, there was one issue with the pickup at the end of the day. The evening before, we had moved the departure time earlier so that everyone could still catch their trains. Although we rushed to be on time and arrived just in time at the bus, the driver wasn’t there yet. After calling him, he told us he was nearby and still on his break. He said he would arrive in about 10 minutes, but we ended up waiting around 45 minutes. This was unfortunate, especially for those who needed to catch their trains.

Of course, we fully understand that breaks are important, but it would have been helpful if this had been communicated in advance, so we could have planned accordingly.

Aside from this point, we were very satisfied with the service and how the trip went overall.

Busses were a bit small. Our team could fit only by a margin (50 people + icehockey gear). On Monday (21.4) there were two people who took seats from our team hence making one coach sit on the floor from Badnauheim to Frankfurt.

Big thanks to the other driver (22.4) who took us from the Hotel to the airport - customer friendly and straight forward service.

Vriendelijke chauffeur, had veel geduld om ons op te brengen en op te halen bij PaasPop. Voor we er waren en elkaar weer gevonden hadden was nog een heel gedoe. Fijn om allen weer veilig thuis te komen.
