I hear what you say about packaging - it is always a balance between adequate protection and keeping weight and costs down - but I'll feedback to our packer and see if we can find a way of strenghtening the protection for slimmer items like this. We use custom card book boxes for the vast majority of deliveries anyway and maybe we should look to doing that for even the slimmest items.
