Interesting books I found, for very reasonable prices. Very good customer service experience. I lost one package that was not delivered well and they did a lot of work, making it able to get it back to me

Het boek is het hele continent door geweest ik heb er 2 weken op moeten wachten. Daarnaast is kaft beschadigd en is er in het boek geschreven.
Nee ik zou hier niet heel snel weer iets bestellen.

Zoals aangegeven is het bedrag netje terug gestort. Goede service. Betreft dan alleen het Transport bedrijf dat wellicht slimmer gekozen kan worden.

I ordered 2 books. The condition was as shown as on the pictures and delivery went well. It was also properly packed. So would definitely buy again.

I orderd a lot of books. Like 87 or 88 books. In dutch and English. They all came great. Some books said it came damaged but honestly it was not bad, some even looked new.
I will definitely order here again in the future.

I had one problem with the delivery. That the boxes came very broken and one box was missing for a moment. But it all worked out at the end. And that was not bookbot fault. Because they packaged it amazing. And the books where oke because they packed it amazing even though the boxes where broken.

Book never arrived. I ordered it on 14th May. Seems to be with DPD 'somewhere', but not moving. Will not order again here.

I order one book but i didn't see the information that the book not in the Netherlands was. I took contact with them and i received my money back and could stay with the book anyway. I think that they are very kind.

An absolutely terrible experience. I bought a book on the 14th and now it’s the 18th, and the parcel is still nowhere near being delivered. The tracking is practically stuck at the early stages with DPD. In the Netherlands it is completely normal to receive a package within one or two days, not wait almost a week with barely any progress.

The real problem here is that Bookbot chooses to work with DPD, which is honestly one of the worst delivery companies I have ever dealt with. I have received four different parcels through DPD over time and I had problems with every single one of them. One package took more than a month to arrive, and another one was simply lost and nobody took responsibility for it. Every time I see DPD as the courier, I already know there will be issues.

What makes this even more ridiculous is that after seeing no progress with this order, I bought the exact same book from another store two days ago. They shipped it with PostNL and it arrived in my mailbox the very next morning. That is the difference between a serious company and one that chooses to save money at the customer’s expense.

I genuinely do not understand how in 2026 companies are still using DPD when much more reliable services like PostNL and DHL exist. Customers deserve a professional and dependable delivery service, not endless delays and uncertainty.

I will never buy from this store again purely because they use DPD.

Lots of choice in Spanish books. Fast delivery.
