Goods Ordered and never arrived, got the email telling me what they had charged but have never recieved the goods, and try adn contact Booked builders who I believe are based in canada, and you have no hope might have as well giving the £70-00 to a scammer, because thats all I believe this site is.

Cowboys!!! I purchased a paint sprayer... took weeks to arrive. When it did it was absolute garbage... a fine uneven splatter of paint. Cleaned and returned by recorded delivery. Item was signed for the following day... chased since 14 October asking for my refund and heard nothing. Today discovered that their email and website has now disappeared. Lesson learnt. Dont buy cheap products from start up companies online. Well done you bunch of cowboys, you done wonders for hard working, ambitious people that actually want to launch a product!

As most are now coming to terms with failed orders from Booked Builders (aka BoB), you can now associate the change and new PLC as Probuild Direct (from 19/11/2024). We need to call these crooks out!

Paid for Spray Paint gon. Over 100 pounds. Months later and no product or repayment after numerous efforts to contact company. Stay clear

Absolute joke of a company!!!! Ordered spray painter on 1st August 2025 and despite numerous emails NOTHING!! Looks like I am another scammed customer. Never, ever order from them!!!!

Total scam, never received my items, it’s now been 4 months. Contacted multiple times with no replies. Now took themselves off Shopify so can’t even claim through that route. Took my money and run, if you value your money do not buy from these thieves.

I bought and payed with credit card a cordless paint sprayer with 2 batteries cost£94.98 and a cordless power washer £54.99 on27th July this year, now on the 8th October none of the orders have arrived

An absolute scam! Placed and paid for my order 20 Aug, and despite emails, chat, FB messages and making a complaint via Shop, I’ve heard nothing from anyone! Stay well away from them. Their website has now disappeared.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. Ordered batteries and spray gun on the 15th August. Still waiting for items with numerous chats/emails unanswered. I can only assume this is a scam and I should have gone to B&Q, at least I would have what I needed. They have my money and I have no expectation I will ever get what I ordered nor any refund

Sent for a product three months ago, they took the money but never supplied the product. Tried contacting them by emails but never received a reply and couldn't find a phone number either. According to my bank which is in the process of sorting it out for me this could be a scam. My advice is to avoid this company.

Placed an order on August 17th costing just over £110. The money was taken from the account immediately. Since then, I have heard nothing from them, despite sending several emails to their customer service department. Is this a scam operation, because it certainly behaves like one?

ordered a paint sprayer and 2 batteries on 01.08.25 and 7 weeks later no product delivered, emailed them countless times and got no response, no phone number to contact them on, STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Placed an order on 17/08/2025, today is 15/09 and have still not received anything. Despite sending emails asking for updates I am not getting any responses.

My advice to anyone thinking of ordering - DO NOT

I am normally careful however in this instance I wasn't.

Given so many similar issues how can they still be allowed to be trading on the internet.

Ordered the paint sprayer in June and have never received it. I have emailed numerous times and had no reply. AVOID THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY TO SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE

Placed order with company and some 6 weeks later I still am waiting. I had about 4 weeks of the order date an e mail from them stating that the address for my delivery was being rejected and so wanted confirmation of my address. I gave this some 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for a response even after chasing them with several e mails

Ordered and paid for paint sprayer...never received it...they do not reply to emails.
Avoid this company.
