I tried calling singapore airlines and my call was rerouted to Booking Ace on 30/10 - Time 03:56 PM PST and the agent answered my Call, he transferred my call multiple times to the manager and i spoke to the manger after the conclusion they informed he will cancel my Singapore airlines booking and rebook in Scoot airlines with the same fare and everything would be same as the previous Booking.

The Agent informed me I will get a booking in 30 Min. Nothing was received with the reference number. I checked in scoot airlines and found the ticket he booked had no baggage, no food no seats , nothing ..

i tried calling scoot customer care multiple times today and all they informed was unable to track the Booking , you did not call us yesterday some even disconnected as wrong number.

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The representative I spoke with (Neal Martin) to make my reservation was so helpful and he serviced all my needs, and the representative I spoke with Joel Newman) to get my return boarding passes was equally as knowledgeable, and courageous. In a world where customer service is all be obsolete I really appreciate the service I received. Thank you and I will be flying Southwest in the future. 🙂

This company is a complete Fraud!!!! Do not use this company unless you want to be out thousands of dollars and left with no airline tickets. When we spoke to Monte and Fred, they told us to take it up with the credit card company because the airline cancelled our flight and now they can only get us flights if we give them another $2,000. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

I was really pleased with the service Rose Brown provided. She was patient and made multiple efforts to reach me eventhough I am outside the US.

Although it started off unacceptable...Mr. Williams responded very sympathetically about how I was treated so unprofessionally by Ms. Brown and he addressed my concerns. I believe he did the best he could base on the guidelines between Booking Ace and American airlines. My concerns were met and is resolved.

I had a problem with the flight it was the airline the Dennis and kosmel Went above and beyond to fix the problem for me And make sure I was comfortable with everything that they were doing to help me with the service that I need it.
