Would give 0 stars if I could!!! I booked a room back in Feb for our vacation last week to South Dakota. Got the processing email AND the approval email. Get to the hotel to check in and to my surprise, there is no booking under my name..... The front desk lady was an absolute angel and did some digging for me and sure enough found my reservation in the list of cancellations. The website cancelled my reservation back on June 30th ( 10 days before my trip!!) and never gave me reason why or even a heads up that my room had been cancelled!!!! We called the 312 number and it isn't a real number or in service so the lady found another number associated with them and we called it. I had it on speaker phone when the foreign lady that answered tried to give me the run around so the front desk lady piped in. The club1 lady hung up on us. So we called right back, again hung up on. Called back again and told them we were going to get our lawyers involved and the lady agreed to send the hotel a "virtual card for the payment" for our room, just as she was going to give the number to the card she again hung up on the hotel lady. So we again called back and it turned into a screaming match between the front desk lady and the club1 scammer. Needless to say we never did get the virtual card and I'm in the middle of fighting the fraudulent charge that I never got back for THEM cancelling my reservation. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS BOOKING SITE!!!!!!!!!

The star system seems biased
The star system seems biased. This company took lots of pre-paid reservations, sold lots of gift cards, and then took the money and ran. Website is down, emails bounce and now, Iâm left with over $5k in gift cards and reservations that Iâll have to pay for again.

Booked a hotel room in Las Vegas through Club 1 in February 2025. Was charged in full for the hotel stay. Checked my email before arriving at the hotel to find out that the website was no longer accessible. Called the hotel to confirm my reservation which said my reservation had been cancelled. Now we are filing a fraudulent claim. DON'T TRUST 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS! Make your reservation through the hotel you wish to stay at.
Booked 2 hotel rooms
Booked 2 hotel rooms, they have repeatedly charged my credit card 10 times for the same 2 rooms, 8 being duplicate charges.
They have said for weeks they would reverse the charges, but have not done so (only 1 reversal), and they effectively stopped all communication.
This feels like a scam company.

Loved this booking platform 4 years ago and wrote a great review. Been using them since. Except for now, bought GC with their promotion and was overcharged $8800.00, I had to notify them that they duped and triple charged me. I booked a room and it was cancelled, they never notified me that they cancelled it, I received a notice saying that they received the request, but that was all. They said it was cancelled because it was a duplicated reservation, but there was a different lead name on the reservation. Now I have to rebook at the higher rate. They said my gift card had a zero balance, when in fact I have over $7000 on it. They reversed the duplicated charges and reinstated my gift card balance, but they are not honoring the original price that I paid and now I have to pay the higher rate. I asked numerous times to speak to someone, but my phone calls go to VM, and in email I asked to be called numerous times and nobody has bothered to call. They were not apologetic at all or accommodating. Didn't even try to accommodate me, they fixed what I brought to their attention that they were wrong about, but nothing else. Those are huge errors and they don't seem to care that they screwed up my account for over $16,000.00. Don't know if it is new management, but I WOULD NOT recommend them. I will continue to use them to use up my gc balance, but that will be it. Worse customer service ever!!! Can't even get someone to speak to, I can speak to someone at Expedia, Hotels.com and Bookings.com. Not worth going thru this. I am very sad, I recommend this place to many people, will not again. Will definitely tell other travelers about this experience. They were so awesome to work with in the beginning.

I have booked two different vacations through Club one hotel. The one when I arrived in Punta Cana, I had a confirmation from Club 1 Hotels but when I got to the hotel they told me there was no room under my name even though I had a confirmation letter from Club 1 Hotel.
The second time I booked through Club 1 Hotel, I booked an adults only room, but ended up with a room in the family section. Through my experiences, this has been nothing but a nightmare.

I wish I could give this company zero stars, but unfortunately, thatâs not an option. From start to finish, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. This company is a classic scam operation, preying on unsuspecting customers and stealing their money with no intention of delivering on promises.
They offered me a âtoo-good-to-be-trueâ deal, and like many others, I fell for it. After making a payment, I received nothing but delays, excuses, and automated responses. Their customer support is non-existent, and when I did manage to reach someone, they were rude and unhelpful.
It quickly became clear that the company is only interested in one thing: taking your money. They promised a refund, but refuse to honor and any attempt to get a resolution is met with stonewalling. When you try to escalate the issue, they either ignore you completely or block you calls and emails. They will always promising a solution âwithin 24-48 hoursâ or â10-15 business daysâ that never comes.
Iâve seen numerous other reviews and complaints from people who have experienced the exact same thing. They advertise fake testimonials, fake services, and use deceptive tactics to keep you hooked until theyâve drained your wallet. Itâs clear they have no intention of providing any legitimate product or service.
Avoid this company at all costs. If youâre looking for a trustworthy business, keep lookingâthis one is a scam through and through. Do your research and save yourself the headache (and money). They are nothing but thieves hiding behind a fraudulent business model. Itâs almost December and Iâm still waiting.

I put a deposit down on a cruise and then Covid hit. To reschedule I had to put another deposit down and then the second cruise was cancelled as well. I spent multiple hours to get back the first deposit. The second deposit never went to the cruise line and Cub1 will not respond to any texts or emails
I have multiple emails from the cruise line stating they do not have the deposit. Club1 has not responded back to me at all after refunding the initial deposit to me. All emails/texts have been ignored until they are now posting a reply to this stating the below. If this was the truth, they would correspond with me directly and assist in figuring out where the money is since they are the ones who charged my credit card, not the cruise line. This could be worked out by them instead of me needing to address it in this forum

Awful company. I made a fully paid booking of the hotel Kamala's Boutique Guesthouse in Chaing Mai. Two weeks before the stay I contacted the club1hotels.com and the hotel to confirm that everything is OK. The club1hotels.com did not reply for my 3 email and the hotel Kamala's Boutique Guesthouse replied that all rooms are booked, and they cancel my booking and can refund. After this email I had no more replies or refund.

Charged me three times for the same booking, eventually they refunded and when I questioned all the excess fees I was charged as a result of their negligence (they confirmed it was their fault) - theyâve simply gone silent, refusing to answer emails or communications. Really poor form from the company to run and hide when questioned.

Fraud website: Robert D. Falor stealing credit card data
As a Brazilian from Sao Paulo, I have been attempting to book a hotel In Rio de Janeiro for my family, first under reservation# 64813, for which I was surprised that Club1hotels emailed me stating that payment was not approved with an excuse "most likely a result of your credit card information not being manually entered" as I typed the card data, and including a "Go Pay" link to try the payment, however as that link did NOT work at all, I made a new reservation. My nightmare continued as I realized Club1hotels blocked access to my account and NEVER responded to my email. I also tried calling the Chicago 312 number listed in the website and emails but there is answering machine... no customer support...
Being fearful and frustrated I started researching about Club1hotels and was able to find out the CEO of Club1hotels is ROBERT D. FALOR... "the hotel man from Chicago" whom multiple URLs inform has been convicted and sentenced for fraud and tax evasion (you can make your search in Bing, Google, dickduckgo, etc.). Therefore, I am so fearful Mr. Falor is misusing my data.

My family and I just returned from our summer vacation and all our hotel bookings was through Club One. We stayed at 4 star hotels at deep discounts through Club One bookings.
White Gloves Service
So far my experience using Club One is very satisfactory. My scepticism is all gone. So far they have very compelling prices. I used Club One for my summer vacation and was basically given white gloves service at the hotels.
NY Hotel stay
Club One almost always have better prices than booking directly with the hotels. My recent trip to NY I saved almost 40% on my hotel stay, and love the idea of getting points for future bookings as well
