Reservation plugin with many options for a good price.
Well made plugin with many settings suitable for many business models. CSS incoded in the plugin with translate and editing styling. I recommend this plugin as best made for the appoitments for the wordpress.

Great booking plugin with excellent support
BookingPress is a solid plugin for managing online bookings. The interface is user-friendly, setup is fairly straightforward, and most features work really well.
There are still a few bugs in specific areas — for example, the Google Calendar integration can be a bit unreliable at times. However, the support team is incredibly responsive and very professional. Every time I’ve run into an issue, they’ve replied quickly and provided real solutions.
Overall, a great value for money. The plugin keeps improving, and I definitely recommend it.

Disappointing Product and Misleading Marketing
I regret purchasing BookingPress. While it’s marketed as a professional-grade booking system, the reality is a buggy, unreliable product with critical limitations — many of which are not disclosed upfront. Support is polite but generally unhelpful, often redirecting major issues to a “feature ideas” board instead of resolving them.
Misleading sales claims, broken functionality, and a lack of accountability have made this a frustrating experience. I cannot recommend BookingPress to anyone running a serious business.

Have created three support tickets so far for things that don't work in the way you would expect them to, but the technical support advice is bang on so far to resolve the tech issues. Make sure you have a good week or more to set it up to your liking. The support takes 48 hours to respond.

This system is completely unreliable…
This system is completely unreliable and nowhere near ready for production use. It is riddled with bugs, making it practically unusable. The calendar frequently fails to load, preventing customers from booking, and even the admin panel is plagued with issues, making it impossible for staff to manually process bookings.
Technical support is abysmal—responses are slow, unhelpful, and they deliberately limit the number of support tickets you can submit, leaving you stranded with unresolved issues. For a system that claims to be a booking solution, it utterly fails at its core function. I would strongly advise against using this software unless you’re prepared for constant frustration and lost revenue.

I checked with our support team, and you have already received a response to your ticket. Additionally, I’ve been informed that your server is blocking the execution of inline scripts and stylesheets due to Content Security Policy (CSP) settings.
I completely understand your concern regarding website security—it’s great you’re prioritizing it! However, blocking inline script execution may cause issues, as many plugins (including WordPress itself) rely on inline scripts for proper functionality. If your server enforces strict CSP rules, it could impact not only our plugin but also core WordPress features.
Additionally, CSP may block external scripts such as payment gateway integrations or Google Analytics, which require dynamic loading from external sources. Hosting these scripts locally isn’t a viable solution, as they are updated frequently, and doing so would require constant plugin updates.
I hope this explanation helps clarify the situation. We truly appreciate your feedback and would be grateful if you could reconsider your review. To further assist you, I have also asked our support team to prioritize your ticket to ensure you receive quicker responses moving forward.

When I started using WordPress, I looked for a plugin that was user-friendly, had all of the functionalities that would make my clients check out easier and seamless. The following review of BookingPress, is based on my personal user experience and feedback from my clients after trying four other plugins.
Ease of use:
5/5. BookingPress provides a lot of videos and tutorials on how to set up the plugin. A lot of add-ons are included with the paid version and this is really seamless to setup.
User interface - backend
5/5. This is pretty straightforward to the adminIstrator. You have a lot of options to set the plugin up as you would like. I currently have a customized notification setup for each service item which helps.
User interface - Frontend
5/5My clients have mentioned that the booking app was seamless and easy to understand. Straight forward and notifications helped.
Customer Support
5/5. This is a massive plus for me. The team has a 24 response period but from experience, they respond a lot sooner, depending on how busy they are. They are really helpful in getting issues resolved as quickly as possible. If I could make one suggestion that would put this plugin head and shoulders above others, it would be live support or phone support.
Overall, I would highly recommend BookingPress to anyone who is thinking of getting a great booking plugin for WordPress. The developers are constantly adding new features to make the booking app really great.
