This company is a joke. Booked my ticket on Lufthansa from USA to Europe. Next day I got a phone call from bookmytravein.com telling me that my ticket does not include checked baggage that I was aware about. The representative on the phone start pushing me to buy a checked baggage for the higher price than actually Lufthansa will charge at the airport (Lufthansa fee is $70). After I declined the purchase, the Rep told me that he cannot offer me the original price for the ticket. I canceled my booking. Next day, I was searching for the ticket again and found that bookmytravein.com posted the same original price for the ticket. It seems to me they are "fishing" for the customer who will be agreed to pay overprice for the checked baggage, Stay away from this company.
