I booked and had an amazing experience especially thanks to Nelson, who was incredibly professional, polite, and efficient. I reached out last minute, and Nelson didn’t just find me a flight he found me the best deal available, saving me both time and money. It’s a SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!! AVIOD it!!!!
Tried to book flights to China Fuzhou from London over £4013.22. With a phone call confirming all the travellers’s details , they send a link asking us to pay.

Micheal said i need to wait I intially 30 mins for e ticket confirmation. This was Saturday afternoon ,after paid Michael said he was not valid I needed to pay additional £4900.00 more for flight from London to China . Micheal sent me an email said if not paying another £4999, we will not able to have the flight tickets and a refund within 20mins.

It’s unbelievable and unacceptable for that even the official website it’s not that price!At the end they forced us to cancel the booking and give back £1017.22!!! We have lost more than £3000.00 totally within 1 hour. I have reported to the bank, and reporting to the fault company group, and will report to the police as well.

Please don’t book any tickets from them…. It’s scam! I have all evidence, and have all phone records luckily.

This company scams people into thinking they are booking one price and then add on a load of extras changing the parameters of the booking and the terms and conditions. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE MEN ARE RUDE TO WOMEN AND ACCUSE PEOPLE OF NOT BEING WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE. THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOOD.

Indians using fake names like Nelson, Danny, Michael and John

Steve Davis, no complaints what so ever. I believe he went above and beyond to obtain flights for me. He is not the issue. What I do believe is that the company itself has either fallen into or deliberately found itself in a race to the bottom and as such places flights onto dealchecker that are just about unobtainable in order to garner business. This activity will of course result in extreme negative reviews as the customer becomes increasingly frustrated and thus disillusioned with their experience feeling they are being had as their costs skyrocket, as did mine. Don't put the unobtainable up be far more discreet, go for the reasonable, that which is likely obtainable, where prices may increase but not outlandishly. You may even find that you exceed customer expectations especially where you can offer, without guarantees, the near unobtainable. If you want better reviews change your strategy. I think you have lost your way amidst the competition, at this time you are winning the race to the bottom and that gives you one ⭐ or less, by all means continue if this is your goal, but fewer ✨ 🟰 fewer enquiries 🟰 fewer leads 🟰 fewer sales. Get smart stop disappointing the market. So in conclusion your staff are dedicated your management is hopeless and your vision is fundamentally flawed. Fix your managerial shortcomings, get a plan and stick to it. All the best.

Found these online when looking for flights to the US...I rang them up as I wanted to pay some on a credit card and some via a debit...they took my money and then the following morning they rang me stating the flights were now not available and that if I wanted those flight it would be £600 more or I could travel 2 weeks before I wanted…(yeah that a great help) ...l refused this to be told that I could not have a refund...I challenged this and after many phone calls they agreed to a partial refund where I would lose
£110 which they claim is a cancellation fee... yet they are adverting flights that they cannot honour just to get £110 from the customer or £600 extra for the flights advertised... I will be taking them to a county court if I don't get a full refund..,the county court process will include other costs now including solicitors fees. SCAM COMPAN!!!!

There staff are rude and disrespectful.

UPDATE…after posting this honest review which directly reflects my experience with this joke of a company…. I then received 5 calls in 4 minutes begging me to remove the review and that they would refund the money owed…I did this to get my refund but after careful reflection I believe I should share my poor experience with the public so that members of the public can make their own mind up about this scam company….

I had to make changes to my flight and the cost was more expensive than i had originally planned but Danny was always available and responded efficiently with each request. The price did go up with each change i made but Danny was clear about the impact each time. The only thing I would say that was not so good was that i could not buy at the original price that was advertised.

Booked a flight with one of the representative Nelson flights to Australia whole process was very smooth he assured with good timings and save lot of money .

I would highly recommend to all my family members and relatives to be booked with booknfly team

Just got another call(s) from M at bookNFly @ 1630 today.
He wants to offer my refund which is good as I have been asking him since he had been 6pm from Sunday 6th july, and In Addition wants to bribe me to delete the poor reviews that I have placed on here for £100 voucher. If you have been robbed by this company go to police fraud line 101 register your case to get a bigger impact. These criminals need to be stopped.

Great experience with Danny, he took his time to book a flight that matched myself and my family needs. I was extremely happy with the service he provided. I will definitely recommend booknfly and will book again with them.

Just had a call off them after putting a 1 star review about them on here explaining how they tried to scam me offering £100 per passenger discount if I remove my review.

Again I would not give any stars please do not book with this company biggest SCAMMERS going you book and it says luggage then they send an invoice stating no luggage then they want £1400 extra for luggage you tell them to go ahead and book without luggage then they tell you no you cant they are going to cancel and take £487 per person cancellation fees when they have not booked your tickets. Then they try and put you on different flight with a different airline, please no one use this company they are not cheaper you are better off booking with Airline direct. Never again this company should be closed down they are scamming too many people.

SCAMMERS!!! Beware this company. Very bad experience .. They gonna take your money a lot. I tried to booked the ticket but I don't push through .. one of the agent called me asking why I didn't continue my booking so I asked some questions.. and I asked how much the ticket again he gave me the amount 468£ so I booked it coz it's cheaper.. so he said he will send me the link to pay. When I pay... he said wait for the email confirmation and ticket in 15mins. After 5 minutes. He rang me and tell me that only the 1 airline is confirmed and the connecting airline is still pending he gave me an option but I have to pay £300 plus. I said I gonna wait confirmation , agent told me it's close, take more time and my flight is the next day. I was in the middle of grieve, as much as possible Im looking the cheaper flight and need to save money But not happen.. My husband get mad and told them to cancel it ,he said we need to pay the cancellation fee even though he not give the ticket or not Delivered anything. I spoke again the agent tried to sort it but looks like he asked me a lot of money. He gave an option and get more additional to pay. I said to him why in other travel agency is cheaper than yours. He said if I want to cancel reply in the email that I want to cancel it and he will give me a partial refund that less the cancellation fee. I said why u charge me cancellation fee that's not fair.. This company trying to get more money to the customer.. so beware of this company. This company needs to investigate..

I tried booking a holiday to Orlando, Florida, and I can tell you it was not a nice experience from start to finish. When I made the booking, they rang to say baggage wasn't included in flights and looked a further £550. Then I questioned it and said it would be OK with no bags they said the flights i had originally booked weren't available. This went on over 2 or 3 days trying to get more money out of me. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH BOOKNFLY.. SCAMMERS

THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS.
Went to book a flight today for the price of £1039, booked the flight and was waiting for it to be processed, got a phone call and was asked to pay an additional £950 in fees for baggage and food bringing the total to £1989! ABSOLUTELY OBSURD! Typical scamming company. I wanted to cancel the booking and they told me I had to pay £200 just to cancel and I would only get a little bit of my money back, genuinely disgusting. I put the phone down on them and then contacted Lloyds bank (my bank) to get a full refund.
IF YOU WANT A FULL REFUND FROM THIS CONNING COMPANY, CONTACT YOUR BANK AND TELL THEM ABOUT THEIR HIDDEN FEES AND STUPID MONEY REQUESTS AND EXPERIENCE OF OTHER REVIEWERS LIKE MINE. You should get a full refund like I did.

Filled form to book £1010 flight! Nelson phoned to say it was on stand by, but no baggage or food was included apparently on 17hr flight to the Carribean, !! Also told no hand luggage was allowed. Wanted £879 for food and baggage, told him not to book, then he wanted £479 cancellation fee… have contacted Barclaycard . Also air France who couldn’t look into it as we don’t have a flight reservation number. Still haven’t received the reservation number so just a scam..was offered to then cancel for £260 and he’d give £250 vouchers…. NO! Just refund the £1010… we told you not to go ahead with it ,.. disgusting..now hoping Barclaycard can refund

SCAMMERS. Absolutely terrible and conning company, hidden fees upon booking. Once you buy your ticket, they call you and upon paying and receiving a confirmation email for your booking, you have 0 baggage included and you are forced to pay additional fees for baggage, we had to pay an additional £600 (£300 each) for 2 people. Terrible experience and company and attitude from the employee, don’t recommend this company if you want to not get hit with ridiculous fees. I hope people who book with this company see this review before they get scammed.
