I was going to have a go at booking everything myself, but as soon as I had a free call from John. His friendly and professional caring manner just blew me away, I felt that I was in safe hands without all the stress and hassle. Thank you 🙏

Steve Davis made my experience absolutely 2nd to none in assisting me and my friends book our upcoming trip to Boston for the World Cup. The communication was fantastic and I couldn’t recommend Steve enough.

I am desperately trying to get my deposit back as when I telephoned to pay the balance for my flights a good week before the due date I was informed the seats were never booked. I was subsequently charged a cancellation fee. Total day light robbery notwithstanding the stress they caused me! I was initially very happy and impressed with the service. But then it became so distressing and I felt bullied to accept their cancellation fee in order to get some of my money back. It’s left me very wary and untrusting of on line bookings. I’m hoping the parent company will refund me the fancy charge especially cos a) I didn’t cancel it and b) they told me it hadn’t been booked and Steve had left the company - the gentleman I was speaking to was Stephen altho later he did sign off as Steve and he certainly sounded the same

Rex was the second agent I dealt with and was super helpful. He called and messaged me several times with options and updates. The first person not so much. I initially found prices on the website that were not available when I called. The agent didn’t have a reason why they would have flights and prices on their site that were not available. He did not follow up.

I was struggling to find an affordable ticket from London to Canada that included 1 check-in bag (23kg), and no matter where I looked, I just couldn’t get a good deal. Rex personally called me and took the time to sort everything out. He provided multiple options, clearly explained them, and made it so easy for me to choose exactly what I was looking for on the best travel dates.

What really stood out was how patient, professional, and genuinely helpful he was throughout the whole process. He found me an affordable rate with everything I needed — stress-free!

I’ve been booking my travel through galaxy flights for many years now and the service has consistently been exceptional. I always feel completely looked after and well informed at every stage of the process.

Most recently, when I missed a flight due to unforeseen circumstances, everything was handled quickly and calmly on my behalf. A new flight was arranged without stress, and I was kept updated throughout. That level of responsiveness and care is invaluable when travelling.

It’s reassuring to know that someone experienced is managing the details behind the scenes. Professional, efficient, and genuinely supportive — I wouldn’t book my travel any other way.

Booked flights with them paid them the price asked for when I talked to agent on the phone on 29 November 2025 phoned them a week later for etickets they said because it was special fare etickets were on hold kept phoning same answer on 11 /02/2026 phoned them why tickets had on been issued they said i had to pay another 1150 pounds at no time on the phone when I talked to them since November did they say to me about extra payment may it was in my original email but never mentioned this when I was on the phone to them bad people to deal with stay away and check your emails if booking with them i would not use

Jacob looked after me very well . There was a mix up with the name on the ticket which caused quite a degree of stress , but Jacob was good to good word and got it sorted out for me in good time to allow us to relax and look forward to our trip of a lifetime . Very good attention and customer care

Horrendous experience. Never got sent boarding passes and when I rang back they said u I had cancelled my flights. None of my details matched either. Asked for another £300 to reinstate flights and then proceeded to tell me I must be on drugs or drunk . Very rude and absolute scammers

The website clearly showed “1 baggage allowed,” which I reasonably assumed meant 1 check-in bag. I completed the booking, only to receive a call the next day saying the booking was stuck due to a payment error. During that call, I was also suddenly told that no check-in baggage was actually included and that I would need to pay an extra £250 for it.

When I requested to cancel—because the baggage allowance displayed was misleading—the representative immediately jumped to “bookings are non-refundable” and warned that the airline might charge cancellation fees. This made no sense, especially since the payment hadn’t even gone through and the booking clearly hadn’t been passed to the airline.

Thankfully, my payment was blocked; otherwise, I would have been stuck paying for something completely different from what was shown on the website. galaxyflights.co.uk is now firmly on my blacklist!

Professional and friendly

We recently booked our flights to Vietnam through Galaxy Flights, and the experience was exceptional thanks to Steve. Our original travel dates were unavailable, but Steve went above and beyond to find alternative options with minimal stopover times. His persistence and attention to detail ensured we secured the perfect itinerary.

Throughout the process, Steve kept us informed and followed up regularly until everything was finalised. Without his dedication, we wouldn’t have enjoyed the incredible trip we had. Truly outstanding customer service – highly recommended!
