scammers. they don't give a fvck about you. i have my account froxed and they simply ignore my emails. just - don't - use - it.

Ordered 2 polo tops only one arrived, and that was a poor copy,thought I would order a 3xl and go a size bigger ,turns out its about a large.Nearly £200 for polo shirts very disappointing, don't buy anything from this company, RIP OFF.

I have not had any of the problems others speak of here. Getting paid was easy, smooth and hassle-free. There is a brief learning curve, but after 1 year I'm satisfied.

If a company asks you to complete a 'TEST' as part of the interview process, please don't waste your time. They will not respond after you submit it. It's a scam.

generally not a good company, at least when they started cracking down on free members with the stupidest god awful restrictions. all my releases were removed during their takedown wave and i tried asking them to re-release but instead they're making me verify my id. don't support this money hungry fake ai music record label that doesn't give you any rights to your music

Avast (mobile anti-phishing protection software) says it's a phishing site.

So, I'm jetpacking tf away from that website completely.
Don't give them any login details or other personal information, at the very least.

Its my guess, they take down my tracks from stores when I got incoming royalty I am sure of it.

Don't bother using them. They don't deliver what they say. It claims a delay of up to 7 days on stats of streaming, but weeks later I still see nothing.

They just randomly deleted my account. I can't log in today. WTH?
Also they take a huge percentage on the royalties you make and they don't tell you that.

you can make 5 releases and get 80 percent of the income now you have changed the terms and conditions and all income stays with you

If you type in your own Lyrics they claim to own them if you use their app."Any track, recording, stem or song generated by or in connection with your use of the Service, including the composition therein and the sound recording thereof, is solely owned by Boomy"

Scammers, when you earn money in wallet, they will ask you to verify your identity which also doesn't work on their site and they also stop reporting royalty right before that. big scam.

Edit: I've found way better distributor who doesn't scam and pay genuinely that's "Tune Vortex Music Distribution"

I have been a long customer at boomy.com and I have a paid subscription with them.

People have been listening to my song and the dashboard was updated with streams constantly however they never updated my earnings. I contacted their support and the support asked for my Identification to release the earnings.

As such I sent them my ID and they only sent me earnings for 1 month which was like 2$. There was still streaming worth at least 200$ on my account.

I contact them again and they ghost therefore so I gave up on it. Been several months without them telling me anything or replying to me so I messaged them on discord asking to reply to my email.

Discord Staff tells me to stop asking personal questions in the discord chat to ask questions and then time me out for 24 hours. I contact staff in dm to ask why I was timed out and they ban me. a few minutes later I receive an email saying spotify detected abnormal activity.

Apparently my account has been flag for abnormal streaming activity but they still asked for my ID in order to release my funds. At least now these kids will be able to buy a bunch of booze with my Identification :)

To be clear the ID verification was successful and the account was verified on the 23rd Feb. I was informed by email funds would be released in 24 hours. They mention first indication of an account flag 1 1/2 months after account verification. then 18 days later they ban me.

All my friends and people I know about have been telling me their customer support is terrible. they ghost then they ban you for trying to ask for help. total abusers and they will scam you with no fear.

TL;DR: Boomy used to be a trusted company, reliably paying out my royalties. Now they behave respectless, freezing my account and denying my payments without any legit reason.

Boomy used to be a trusted company that not only provided an AI tool for very easy music creation but also where you are able to earn royalties out of it (i.e. through Content ID on Youtube), which used to be paid out quickly when you made a withdrawal request. This suddenly changed during the current year as they froze my account out of the blue, denying me any further withdrawals. For months, I tried to ask them why I'm not able to pay out any money. Mostly I didn't get any response at all and if I managed to get one, they came with all possible cheap excusions, such as a missing KYC ("know your customer") verification, that they need to verify my streams (yes, of course, it really takes entire months to check a few streams from one user -.-) or that they currently have lots of support tickets. And yes, I already successfully did KYC some months ago. Additionally, their Discord group is everything but useful, as your comments easily get censored/deleted if Boomy's team feel that any question/comment is inappropriate to them (even if you follow their rules).
Reading other reviews on Trustpilot as well as occasional comments on Discord (if I manage to catch one before it's deleted), it really seems to me that more and more people are getting similar problems with cashing out from Boomy recently.

I am not and never have been dependent on the royalties, so I can manage that loss. What upsets me more is the stupidity of Boomy's team. They really had a great, unique business model with their AI tool, which they now want to destroy just for being greedy. -.-
Needless to say that I now HIGHLY advise against registering on Boomy. If you still want to decide registering, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH before updating your account or publishing any music with them in order to avoid any unnecessary losses!

In case of any change (i.e. if I'm finally getting paid), I'll update this review as soon as possible.

They steal money, even when you're album is live, getting streams everyday, only for few $ they pay one or two times and after that they don't pay a single penny when your earnings increases and they keep your album live so it earns more and they get more money to scam. I lost couple of hundred dollars to them.
Initially I thought they are good and won't scam but from last 2-3 months they started scamming on full scale, many of my fellow creators got scammed as well.

Boomy is an amazing tool for people learning about song making and AI. I use it to make beats, and put them on Spotify.

Boomy has worked well for me, I didn't make a ton of money off my songs but I didn't make music before LOL so I'm still happy with it. It's pretty fun to use and their creator support was quite helpful to me over email

i've been making music on boomy for a year now and i absolutely love it! way easier than other sites ive tried and it actually makes good music lol. idk whats up with bad reviews on here because ive been paid for my streams, lowkey think the bad reviews are scammers themselves lol.
