I was recommended by a word of mouth to use Boon Broker's back when buying my first home. They got me the best rate compared to other brokers I’d tried beforehand and also explained everything to me and made the process less daunting and stressful. Still using today for remortgaging, services and general advice. I recommend to anybody I know to use. Lucinda is approachable, professional, kind and super helpful! I wouldn’t be where I am today without her and the team and I can’t praise them enough for the excellent job they do :)

After trying several brokers to obtain an MCR for my mother (81 years old) without success, I came across Boon. Jacob contacted me and took me through the process. I'd had one other company quote £300 for this report just the day before. So when he told me that as this would most likely be a NIL outcome and gave me the price, it was a huge relief for me. On top of this, Jacob provided clear explanations about what was happening, and processed the report swiftly.

This is the easiest recommendation I can give. Kathryn was my adviser, and the support she gave first to my mum and then to me as first-time buyers is hard to put into words. She explains everything clearly and gives the quickest, most detailed responses I’ve seen from anyone. She put me at ease and supported me through one of the most daunting periods of my life. Beyond being an excellent mortgage adviser, she also helped my family look into and arrange insurance.
