Ordered from this shop to be delivered to Portugal with the correct address and their delivery company of choice decided my address was incorrect and didn't deliver since almost 2 weeks. I think I know where I live so the address is definitely correct.
So I contacted Boozyshop numerous times and they are saying they will not provide a refund unless they hear back from the delivery company. Still no feedback after repeated emails. No package no refund. I paid and didn't receive anything.
So keep in mind if you shop from here you are at the mercy of the delivery company they choose to deliver your order. If they decide your address is incorrect for no reason you will have paid for the experience and receive nothing. Thinking about reaching out to consumer protection because there is no way this can be legal

Una ventata di freschezza! Finalmente un sito fatto bene, ben fornito, con tutte le novità, i prodotti low cost, marchi nuovi che non si trovano altrove e un vasto assortimento! Questa è stata una bellissima scoperta per me che amo il makeup. Ho fatto un primo ordine e la spedizione è stata velocissima, ho avuto anche un omaggino, e il pacchetto era davvero carino. Sono sicura che ci sia gente giovane dietro questi dettagli. Spero che non inizierà a peggiorare o alzare i prezzi come è accaduto a molti "famosi" siti simili. Che dire? Bravi, continuate così!

He pedido a Boozyshop desde españa con un poco de desconfianza por las reseñas, ya que tenían productos fuera de stock en las demás tiendas. El servicio me ha dejado sin palabras!! Hice mi pedido el 4 de marzo y el 9 me ha llegado todo (con un finde de por medio). La caja estaba perfecta y todo envuelto genial. De hecho, pedí sombras y llegaron intactas. Dentro de la caja venía una tarjeta firmada de agradecimiento y encima para una compra de 53 euros, me dieron dos regalos por el valor de unos 10 euros en total. Un rimel de catrice y una brocha de contorno de Beauty Creations. Añadido a todo esto, los productos me costaron cada uno 1 euro más barato que su precio en España y la página permite hacer muy bien seguimiento. Seguiré comprando aquí en vez de Arenal y franquicias similares, que lejos de regalarte cosas muchas veces empeoran en servicio y precio. He esperado menos por Boozyshop que por un pedido a tienda en Arenal!!! Recomendaría si tienes dudas como yo pagar con PayPal, por tener una protecciónal comprador adicional. Una maravilla!

Fiz uma encomenda no início de janeiro. Estamos a 16 de fevereiro e ainda não a recebi.Fiz pedido de devolução do dinheiro e veio automaticamente recusado. Enviei e-mail e veio para trás, porque o endereço (do qual eles me escreveram), supostamente, não existe.

Ordine effettuato in data 22/01 e ad oggi in data 16/02 io ancora non ho ricevuto nulla. Secondo il corriere BRT il mio pacco una volta arrivato in Italia è stato rispedito al mittente per un errore nell'emissione dell'etichetta di spedizione. Ho scritto numerose volte all'assistenza che però non mi ha mai dato risposte concrete e continua a ripetere di aver aperto delle indagini e che mi farà sapere. Non è accettabile una situazione di questo tipo. Sono molto amareggiata perché ho sempre apprezzato Boozyshop e ho effettuato vari ordini da loro ma questa situazione non è tollerabile.

Edit: dopo un mese hanno dichiarato il mio pacco perso e mi hanno rispedito tutto in pochi giorni. L'assistenza ha cercato di aiutarmi e sono veloci nelle risposte ma è assurdo che si affidino ancora a dei corrieri così poco competenti.

J'ai commandé sur ce site et je me trompée d'article.Sur les conseils du service client je n'ai pas récupéré le colis en point relais mais depuis le 17/11/2025 date à laquelle le colis est retourné et depuis l'enseigne ne me rembourse pas . Je ne commanderai plus sur ce site

They should fire COURIER worker that sent My 8 kg PACKAGE to a COLLECT POINT with LIMITED CAR ACCESS. THEY HACE NOT EVEN TRY RINGING. THIS HAPPENED IN AUGUST. I ALREADY ASKED THEM TO CONTACT THIS CORRIER TO SPEED UP SHIPMENT TO THE SENDER . ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS ALREADY
IF THEY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMWR SPENDING MORE THAN 200€ , THEY SHOULD CARE ABOUT REPORTING THE CARRIER WORKERS BEHAVIUOR. THEY ARE NOT CORRECT. YOU SHOULD RESJIP ANOTHER ORDER NOT LET CUSTOMWR WAIT . ITS YOUR DISSERVICE I ALREADY GAVE THE MONEY..

I made an order of the value of 59.95 Euro, and on the day of delivery, for an unexplained reason, the order was "returned to sender". The reason given on the tracking page was that the address was wrong. I emailed for a refund. No reply.
Never buying anything from them anymore.

Comprata una palette di Dexter da collezionare e non usare, peccato che arriva rotta sia all’interno che all’esterno.il venditore mi risponde che visto che è rotta solo in parte posso ancora utilizzarla e mi offre il 10% di sconto su prossimo ordine! Non comprate! Truffatori! Per il reso del prodotto rotto oltretutto il pagamento è a carico dell’acquirente! Oltre al danno anche la beffa! Alla fine ho speso €60 per una palette, altri 10€ per restituirla e non mi è rimasta manco la paletta nuova che avevo comprato!

Een enorme doos voor een microflesje nagelriem olie vind ik persoonlijk nogal overdreven.
Het kan ook in een bubbeltjes envelop met een stukje bubbeltjes folie om te fles. Had mij een hoop verzend kosten bespaard.
Nagelriem olie ruikt wel goed. Hoop dat t doet wat t beloofd en mn nagels er niet aangaan.

⭐ 1 étoile – A deeply disappointing first order experience

📦 I placed my first order with Boozyshop on Friday, July 18. The website clearly stated that if placed before 8 PM, the order would be delivered the next day.

📍Today is Thursday, July 24, and the tracking link still shows that the parcel was never in transit or delivered.

I contacted customer service right away. They replied they would open an investigation with the carrier. The next day, they told me the parcel was declared lost and offered to resend the order — even though I had already requested a refund, explaining that I no longer needed the products due to the missed delivery timeframe.

Then, Boozyshop changed their explanation, now saying the carrier claimed the parcel had been delivered, which is simply not true. The tracking clearly shows otherwise.

I’ve now asked for a refund and order cancellation three times, and I’m still waiting. This whole process has been frustrating, contradictory, and unnecessarily complicated.

This was my first time ordering from Boozyshop, and unfortunately, it left me with a very negative impression. I’m now just waiting for my refund to be processed without further delay.

I ordered items on 8th June and have still not received my order (today is 20th of June), and I am based in Europe.

Not likely to order from Boozyshop.nl although I have been a regular customer.

Un service au top! Je recommande. Jamais vu une livraison aussi rapide. Quand ils disent "commander avant 20h00, chez vous demain", c'est du sérieux. Recu ma première commande à peine 16h00 après l'avoir placée, et je suis en Belgique. Tout est en ordre, emballé joliment avec une petite carte et à des prix raisonnables. Ils sont dingues 😍😍😍

Great packaging with no plastic. A gift enclosed all wrapped in a pretty bag. I'm impressed and recommend this service.

Helaas ben ik niet tevreden over de afhandeling van een klacht.
Van de zomer had ik wat items besteld bij Boozyshop, 1 item dubbel besteld. 1 voor mij en 1 voor een vriendin. Nadat de levering incompleet was heb ik direct een melding gedaan bij Boozyshop.

Er werd een onderzoek gedaan en omdat het verzendbewijs aangeeft dat het geleverd was willen ze niet tegemoetkomen met een terugbetaling. Ik kreeg een kortingscode waar ik helemaal niks mee kan omdat ik de missende items elders had gekocht.

Dit heeft mij veel tijd en energie gekost. Uiteraard begrijp ik dat fouten gemaakt kunnen worden. Of het nou mis is gegaan bij Boozyshop of bij het verzendbedrijf. Een goede afwikkeling van een klacht is wel belangrijk.

Hierdoor kan ik dit bedrijf alleen sterk afraden.

Last 12-16-2023 I made a purchase on your page and it never arrived. I hace complained but you will not return my money. I don’t have the product or the money either. And it doesn’t seem like there’s a solution. What do I have to do to get it back?
