Absolute shambles this place! Guaranteed delivery if you ordered before a certain date which I did, my daughter goes back to school on Wednesday still no cardigans! £48 down Have emailed & called them getting no where they still don’t have an update for me. Do yourself a favour & avoid this place if you actually need your delivery on time as clearly their word means nothing!

Have made a few visits to the Carlisle store recently for uniform and to make a refund enquiry. Every member of staff that served me was really helpful- nothing was too much trouble! I cannot thank the staff enough for their fantastic service and patience! Thank you Carlisle store.

First time using BE uniforms for my daughter who started P1 today. Ordered from the Glasgow argyle street store in June and the woman advised my daughter required a size 22 blazer as the 24 was too big. She ordered a 24 but advised she would email the warehouse to let them know to send a 22. Fast forward to Monday 4th August when the blazer was delivered when we weren’t in the country till the following day, I opened the blazer and lo-and-behold, I was sent a 24. You couldn’t even see my daughter’s hands at the bottom of the sleeves. Emailed customer service, called the store and eventually got the store on the phone on Thursday, the day before my daughter started school (today). Was assured that the email was sent to tell the warehouse about the size needing to be a 22 back in June. I then had to take the blazer 6 miles to the store to hand it in so they could replace it with the size 22 but it wouldn’t be ready for my daughter starting school. I now have a replacement order number stating a size 22 is on order. I now have received an email from customer service telling me ‘we don’t stock size 22 blazers’. That’s it. Thats the email. No offer of help, no apologies for the error, nothing. Saw someone else comment on this specific staff member in another review, maybe someone needs to actually look into this.

Although told items were delayed everything turned up on time. Very Happy

Complete farce trying to get school uniform for my children again. It's time schools found independent local suppliers to provide school uniform instead of a company who want to take the money for orders but cannot come up with the goods in a reasonable time. Two years ago as an example a blazer was ordered and just never turned up. We had to continually chase to be told it basically had been forgotten yet they had our £! Last year wasn't as bad. This year is a disaster. They've closed most of their local high street shops and put ridiculous timelines down for you to order over 6 weeks ahead of school starting to ensure you have the branded uniform. This seems chaotic with some parents ordering later and receiving orders, yet we are sitting -£129.11 down since mid July with nothing to show for it!!! When you call, they patronisingly remind you that they had their precious cut off. It's time parents stood up to being forced to use an out of town supplier for what should he a locally produced service. BE unhelpful Uniforms are no good.

Went into the Carlisle store to get some uniform for my son starting school and the lady in the shop was really helpful my experience was a great one and will definitely be back in future

Bought uniform in July from the Glasgow store. Wasn’t made aware of any cut off dates (order was made 10 hours after cut off date.) when I asked the member of staff how long she stayed it’ll arrive into store within 28 days. Coming close to the 28 days, I called to chase order up, they said it wouldn’t arrived before going back to school which left me in a horrible position as my son was due to start primary one with no proper uniform. I explained to the girl on the phone that I had queried with staff in store, but honestly just so unhelpful couldn’t care less. If staff actually done their job properly and advised correctly that there was a cut off day etc I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place as I wouldn’t have taken the chance of not having any uniform. When we left the store we actually said it felt chaotic in the shop as staff are trying to serve umpteen people as once, clearly too busy to actually give customers vital information.

I have always used the shop in Falkirk for school uniforms but this year they decided to close the shop in the centre and move to a hut in Little Kerse where you can’t get anything. You used to be able to go into the shop and buy ties or hair scrunchies but the new place doesn’t stock anything you can only pick up orders. Absolutely useless!!

Fantastic website. Very user friendly. Easy to order. Option of free pickup of cheap postage. High quality uniforms.

We pre ordered our daughter’s blazer and school tie for her starting her first year in primary school and the staff in the Dundee shop were very helpful and lovely! We received updates on our orders and they even fitted our daughters blazer to size

I spoke to Lee about ordering more baseball caps, with a logo. From first enquiry, to delivery was a week. Than included initial price query, confimation of a change to the logo they already had and me confirming how many we were ordering. In good time for gala season.

We used BE Uniforms for the first time and had a fantastic experience. We needed custom-designed team jerseys on a tight turnaround, and they really pulled out all the stops to make it happen. There was an issue with a few of the wee letters on the back of my daughter's new leaver's hoodie falling off. I contacted BE Uniforms and they immediately responded, made it very easy to return the hoodie for repair and got it back to me quickly.
