Great looking polo shirts and P.E. shirt, but unfortunately the emblem is rough on the inside and gave my son a chafed nipple. Poor little guy! Needless to say he now doesn't want to wear the shirts and I fear I've wasted £40. It would be great if the designers could cover the rough patch with a soft fabric somehow.

We received items as a Christmas present delivered late at the end of January but our relative placing the order had requested sizes that did not fit as the sizes used are not standard, at least here in the UK. We have been told in no uncertain terms that no refund or replacement is possible, even if we visit the store. Extremely shoddy customer service. Be very wary ordering from this outfit. This is despite what is said on their website with regard to their returns policy.

The staffs were good and supportive..i met Female staff and male staff both were awesome...

This company’s quality is very good I’ve bought a few of their school jumpers from here and the packaging is very good too all in all 5 stars

Great company , never had the slightest problem with them , they all go out their way to help & are always very polite when enquiring about goods ordered . Nothing ever any trouble for them A1 👍👍👍👍

Choosing the right polo shirt was easy, the embroidery test was quick and the finished shirts looked great and were ready ahead of shedule.

Very poor level of customer service. Ordered on 22/12 and order still not dispatched yet on 13/1.
Private schools appear to be charged double the price of local schools for similar blazers. Quality poor- average life of blazer elbow is around 6 weeks. So thin they don’t keep children warm. Hopefully there’s is competition for them soon as they don’t deserve the business. The local shop on the other hand has very helpful staff and I wish I had purchased there

This is the 2nd time I have ordered the school leaver's hoodies for my daughter's classes and the quality is fantastic.🤩
Order came early as well this time.

Shocking customer service.. made an order on 31st October with guaranteed delivery 28 days .. phoned up to find out where order is to find out still waiting for stock delivery and would be prioritised .. rang again beginning of December and again advised same .. eventually got an email saying stock not due until 23.1. 2025 some three months after order placed .. then told order would be cancelled .. so had to ring again .. would not recommend

Bad enough that we now have no uniform supplier for our school in Ayrshire. I ordered a jumper a week ago, it still has not been dispatched & have now been told it can take up to 28days; it will be warm again by the time it arrives. Save yourselves the bother just go to Marks & less the half the price for a set of 2. There was no mention of a 28-day
turnaround when ordering or I wouldn't have bothered.

terrible company you go to their online store nothing there 80% of uniforms don't even have all the bits for the uniforms makes the website completly pointless and on top of that instead of selling the uniform to the public there selling it to the school like what is the god damn point won't buy a thing from these jokers again and on top of that refunds take 10 days yea right it did not take me 10 day to pay you set of scammers and useless company

Superb customer service from start to finish with excellent communication from Sean with the design and pricing confirmations and very easy to order and pay online. Delivery was really quick and the product was excellent quality.
Would strongly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

I ordered my daughter’s uniforms 3 weeks into summer. I do know the deadline is a week into the school holidays (only after being in the shop) I had to chase my order on numerous occasions and ended up buying an extra skirt and extra cardigans and jumpers as my children’s items weren’t in on time. A fleece was ordered for me by mistake and I just feel the customer service in the shop, which was manned by two young girls, wasn’t great. They were very pleasant but not once did they offer to assist me in finding sizes when I was trawling through jackets. When my eldest started school we had staff help with uniforms by bringing shirts to go under pinafores etc to check sizes. I went to the shop twice to find it was closed and several times when I was in there were boxes everywhere. I never got a sorry for trawling in upon receiving emails to say order was there. Also the email itself was confusing as the same email would say your order had been received and was being shipped and then would be made up? Very unclear. The quality of the pinafores etc are good, no need to iron and they wash well but in future I will buy from the manufacturers website directly as this was really stressful. My youngest was starting primary one and it was an added stress we just didn’t need.
