Hello,
We ordered an armchair from your company and your delivery guy rejected to help my manager to carry it in the office while we are having the lift.
It is unacceptable for us not to provide this help either as a client or from a human point of view. It was a very big box to carry for one person.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the delivery of the armchair. We sincerely regret that the experience did not meet your expectations. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused to the Bank’s team.
We would like to provide some clarification:
Our standard procedure is to deliver items to the ground floor unless prior arrangements are made at the time of scheduling. Had we been informed of the need for assistance beyond this point, we would have ensured the necessary support was arranged.
On the day of delivery, no unloading space was available, and our driver had to park two streets away. Tower Road, Sliema, is a particularly busy road, and this created additional operational challenges for our team.
From the team’s report, the instruction was understood as “place the item in the lift, and I will take it from there.” If assistance had been explicitly requested, our delivery staff would have gladly helped to place the item inside the lift and take it into the office as a gesture of goodwill.
Please also note that the delivery was completed outside our normal delivery hours as a courtesy, in order to better accommodate the Bank’s schedule.
We kindly highlight that any feedback communicated directly to us prior to being posted as a review is always appreciated, as it allows us the opportunity to resolve matters swiftly and constructively, rather than reflecting solely on the delivery rating.
We greatly value our relationship with the Bank and remain committed to supporting you with the highest service standards in future deliveries.
