Excellent service
This was my first time buying from them and I’m really happy with the experience. I had a problem with the delivery date, they quickly found an alternative that worked perfectly. The product is also great for the price, especially compared to similar ones I’ve seen. Definitely recommend.

Poor quality product.
Service from Borg is good. But the shed is very poor quality with limited instructions. Luckily my husband is a handyman so could cut the doors to fit. He also varnished it as wood is poor quality. Very expensive for what it is.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’d like to clarify that the item in question is a small outdoor cabinet unit, not a garden shed. It is specifically designed for easy assembly, with clearly numbered parts and a step-by-step photo diagram included in the packaging.
The doors are factory pre-sized and do not require trimming or cutting when the instructions on pages 2-8 of the manual are followed correctly. The need for modifications suggests the instructions may not have been properly adhered to.
It’s important to note that we were never contacted at any point regarding any issues or questions. Our team is available daily and always happy to help—whether it's for assembly guidance, product clarification, or to arrange a return before any modifications are made.
Additionally, the cabinet is made from wood that is pre-treated with a weather-resistant coating, so painting is not necessary unless it's a personal preference. The product is priced fairly and is in line with current market standards for its size, quality, and finish.
If you ever need assistance in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are here to help and would have gladly resolved this before any alterations were made.
