Bought the Drake flat cap after an exhaustive web search for a wax cap. The quality and comfort of the cap is second to none. The craftsmanship and quality of materials are top notch. Thank you Borges and Scott.

Bought the Feroda hat online. It arrived very quickly and was well packaged. I ordered the largest size that was available and it fits just about. Quality is good considering the price paid. Not complaints. I plan to order a few more in the future.

Bought a Panama hat through their website. Arrived quickly but I had ordered a size slightly too big. Returned it using their procedures and a replacement arrived within a few days. I couldn’t be more pleased with the product and their outstanding customer service. I will definitely be using this company for my future hatter requirements!

I would like to strongly commend Darren and David, as well as the entire Borges & Scott team, for the outstanding Customer Support I have received. I had an issue with my original B & S Signature Classic Panama hat, partly my mistake, and it shrank in size to an uncomfortable level. I contacted B & S about a possible exchange or discounted replacement, since I believed my hat to be beyond the exchange warranty period. They emphatically stated there was no issue and would send a replacement, at no charge whatsoever.

I received the new hat approximately 1 1/2 weeks later, only to find it was the incorrect style. Again, I reached out and Darren answered every question and concern I had, even through the heatwave the UK is currently suffering in. Within a couple of days, I was sent an RMA Pre-Paid shipping label to return the incorrect hat and the proper new hat is on the way right now.

I can't say enough about Borges & Scott and their entire team. I received multiple, completely random, compliments regarding my B & S Signature Panama hat. You will never be disappointed in the quality of any hat you may purchase, from the time of order to receipt or the completely outstanding support staff members should you have any issues or concerns.

I truly wish every company had a team like Borges & Scott to support the quality product they provide, virtually no questions asked. Thank you Darren and David! Your support is what a truly reliable, reputable, and caring business should be!

Personally, I rate a company on how they handle any issues I may have and how I am treated, if I need them. That interaction and support is often worth so much more than the actual product I had concerns about! Borges & Scott is truly a first class shop!

So I bought an Irish linen flat cap for my partners birthday ,I knew when ordering that it may come a day late.they state 2- 4 days delivery.that was last Wednesday we are at day 6 now and still waiting .emailed company someone by the name of Darren said they would look into it im passed caring now.and would like a refund poor service. However after a lovely email from Darren in customer service s they managed to do a next day delivery it was royal mail that messed up.

I just wanted to write and say how delighted I am with the new hat. It fits perfectly and looks amazing - I can't wait to wear it! It was lovingly packaged and the addition of a dust bag was a nice touch. So thanks - I will definitely be recommending you to friends and look forward to shopping with you again.
