Have done 50+ orders. From custom apparel for groups to just my own personal items. Every experience has been great. The few complaints I've had were rectified within a week. Great American company!

Overall overrated clothes, quality is not that great.
I live in France so I purchased their products on the European website but I was still charged 7 euros for shipping.
Adding to that, my bank charged me an extra cost of 5 euros because the website was based in the USA (despite paying in euros for clothes sold in euros).
I was never granted refund.
Won't purchase from them again.

No problems and great products
Have had great luck with the quality of clothing (weight bars constantly rubbing with no or minimal signs of wear) and shipping times! (in Canada for reference) Super happy with the pieces I've received and will continue to purchase. Things to remember when buying through them is to stick to your true size as this is how they run, use the size guide and actually measure yourself.

Product not suitable for promised purpose, bad service and flexibility.
Delivery is quick, short are not realy ment for work-outs as promised. I called the service desk to return the pants that I had not yet worn, but this was refused. They were frendly, but not willing and arogant. Not flexible and customer oriented.

Never received my item. Shocking customer service
Placed an order 2 months ago and never received my items. Looks like its been lost in transit. Been to all my local post offices to see if its ended up there. As there is no proper tracking number the post service cannot even find where it may be. Customer service has been SHOCKING. Have had 2 very unhelpful replies to my 5 emails. Have asked for a refund and now they're ignoring me again. Worst shopping experience ever, absolutely fuming!!
