Designed and supplied by Bosch for their own appliances so absolutely fit for purpose door fixing kit for an integrated appliance BUT really a bit too pricey for half a dozen screws and a couple of simple metal brackets. Once you have got the machine you're kinda trapped into getting the right fittings.

The Bosch Engineer arrived and asked a series of questions on the fault. I think this is the way faults finding needs to happen. It was fixed professionally and the fault code E15 gone!

Excellent Service

Bosch were so understanding with the fact that I was unable to process the required proof of purchase due to my lack of technical knowhow.
They went one step further than required and sent me a new toaster.

The engineer who came was great,he got on with the job,knew exactly what was wrong with my tumble dryer.So to not make a big mess he took the dryer outside,when done put it back,and is working brilliantly.Great guy and a gentleman
