Excellent Service

Bosch were so understanding with the fact that I was unable to process the required proof of purchase due to my lack of technical knowhow.
They went one step further than required and sent me a new toaster.

I am extremely unhappy with this…

I am extremely unhappy with this company, who are very quick to take your money but fail to deliver the goods you have purchased.
Do not believe their delivery dates.

Best Priced Dyson

I couldn't fault the price and the fact that Dyson did not
have any of these cleaners which I have always used and liked.
Also it was a no brainer as my maiden name is Donaghy which was a good sign.

Most helpful Call Handler

The call handler could not have been anymore helpful,explaining as to
why our insurance premium had increased considerably since last year and what steps we could take to ensure we had the best level of
cover for our needs and reduce the premium.
Could not have been more happier.

Brilliant product

Ordered a kitchen tap, I was a little nervous as I have never ordered online before.
The product I received was excellent and also carried a ten year warranty.
Where could you get that from these days and the price was great also.

Very helpful and informative staff.

A very reasonable price for very good cover. Your staff contacted me by telephone as soon as they realised I couldn't proceed with my online quote due to medical screening.
Following this your staff member went through all of the questions with me relating to
the medical screening.
Very happy with the service so far.
