Iâve been a loyal customer for years, choosing Bosch products because of the reputation for quality and reliabilityâespecially in power tools and accessories. However, I have to say Iâm increasingly disappointed with what feels like a decline in quality.
Lately, Iâve had multiple issues with accessories like drill bits and screwdriver sets breaking far too easily under normal use. These arenât isolated casesâtheyâre consistent enough to raise concern about whether Bosch is still maintaining the high standards that built its name.
What adds to the frustration is the first question I get when I raise an issue: âCan you provide your receipt?â I understand the need for proof of purchase in some situations, but this response feels more like a barrier to support than a willingness to stand behind your products. Many of us whoâve trusted Bosch for years donât keep every receipt, but we do expect durable tools and responsive customer service.
