Boots Opticians at Sedley Place London W1 store provide excellent, professional service, especially Kush who is so knowledgeable and helpful when I need time to choose spectacles that are comfortable on my nose.

Excellent service at London W1 clinic of LPU. Convenient appointment. Reception and admin. staff really helpful, clinical staff amazing, really thorough and explained reports. Really quick and responsive with emailed queries.Thoroughly recommend.

Giselle - badly behaved audience too much clapping and whooping ruined Act 2

On Monday I saw a wonderful Giselle with amazing Nunez as Giselle. Expensive, paid £165 for a decent seat - worse was the incessant audience clapping and whooping 'uuh uuh' shouts (and where did the traditional 'bravo' disappear to?) - this was unacceptable throughout the haunting Act 2 and ruined the ghostly atmosphere and story. Why did they do this when Albrecht collapsed on the stage? This bad behaviour ruined the evening. I will not return. I have been going to RoH since the 1970s and the audience have never been so badly behaved and intrusive. Poor dancers.

sheet end don't meet so the roll is single sheets

I have long bought Cushelle original as it doesn't block my WC but the quality has got worse and worse. The sheet ends frequently don't match up - at least 1-2 rolls per pack - meaning one has, in effect, single sheets of WC paper. Terrible. Is this really a premium product, it is expensive enough? Reporting this twice now to the manufacturer and asking them to please fix their equipment. Their quick reply requests scanning barcode, photoing the WC sheets and typing the barcode no. Then I get the unhelpful reply that I can get a refund from the retailer (eh!) and they want an unused roll posted to them - they send a plastic sack to put it in and I am supposed to inconvenience myself and trudge 30 mins to the post office and queue. They make an obstacle race for customers. There is no admission of any fault on their part. Why can't they believe customers and reply more helpfully what they are doing to fix their equipment? I am not the only one complaining.

Vit B compex too big to swallow

Good 3 for 2 prices but Vit B complex tablets are enormous and too big to swallow, and taste awful if cut. Had to discard.Boots please make smaller. Boots refused this review online so do they only want good reviews?

Amazon increases prices of goods in basket at checkout

I have long been a shopper with Amazon but will find other suppliers now they have started dirty increased pricing tricks. Today I put 4 items in my Basket and when I went to Checkout each increased in price considerably. This was independent of shipping. I emptied my basket and retried 4 times, each time the same thing happened. Amazon customer service just told me to clear cookies, cache etc use another browser, so I wasted my time to no avail. I see from forums other users are complaining about Amazon's underhand use of dynamic pricing so customers are charged higher prices at checkout than the price in their baskets. You have lost my custom Amazon until you stop this practice.

My mail is over a week late

My mail is over a week late - is it this awful, customer unfriendly policy of only delivering 2nd class mail every other day or less - and frequently increasing the price of stamps to annoy us more?? How will RM cope if everyone uses uses 1st class instead? I posted a large cheque yesterday and asked the main post office to make my 2nd class stamp up to 1st so it arrived today - and it didn't - and they just stuck another 2nd class stamp on the envelope saying they didn't do smaller denomination stamps any more - eh? More money for them. Not good enough - and they use terrible agency workers when posties are off who wander around lost, even throwing my mail over my gate because they can't be bothered to walk down my drive. Complaints just get standard Royal Mail replies and nothing changes. Competition needed.

AutographNewPure Cotton Towelling Dressing Gown
£45. I can never find Write a review on M&S pages, so: This arrived by Royal Mail today. It is comfortable as it is cotton and this brand's polyester previously gave me an itchy rash. I bought an M&S cotton towelling robe in the summer (sold out now) and it fluffed badly all over my floor and on my clothes until I washed it 6 times (unenvironmental). There is less annoying fluff from this one so far (phew) and it is roomier, and the neck is less uncomfortable than the previous one. The other one also pushed my neck forward horribly. This one doesn't so far, although I feel it on the back of my neck which I'm not keen on. One annoying thing is it states in care instructions wash/dry using tumble dryer! I do not own a tumble dryer as they are unenvironmental - and expensive in electricity use. Manufacturers need to catch up.
Sadly on wearing this it drops fluff all over the carpet endlessly, and all over my clothes when I brush past it.

I like Ancestry's MEDIA facility BUT

I like Ancestry's facility to upload media photos, pdfs of stories BUT there are frustrations:

It is not easy to simply view a person's tree rather than just a profile,



I have turned off Create a life story for tree members as Ancestry muddles up relationships,



Ancestry used to be good at responding to questions and such help requests but no-one ever does any more.

No doubt they will leave the auto contact us to resolve to my review and then no-one will respond again.

Terrible. Order never arrived snapfish never…

Order never arrived snapfish never replied on FACEBOOK MESSENGING SO WASTED hours on their chat to no avail and despite giving them the order and despatch numbers they would not help me unless I entered my full credit card numbers on a money transfer site. I refused and my bank said I was right to refuse. They have no email - the link goes to chat and no phone. Avoid.

Avoid terrible service

Avoid. Terrible customer service to have to contact them via slow messaging on social media. My despatched order didn't arrive so spent an afternoon messaging them on Facebook. They would only help me if I entered all my credit card numbers on a 'verification site' as they said it was the only way to verify my order. But I gave them the order number, confirmation and despatch confirmation emails, yet they said they couldn't help without me entering all my credit card details on a money transfer verification site, and at one stage even accused me of not paying! I refused on security grounds and they said they couldn't help me then. Unbelievable So next I phoned my credit card company and they said I was right to refuse and that they had never come across such requests before and raised a dispute on my payment to them.

Now painful and zips get caught in cut down flaps

I have bought hotter suede whisper boots for decades but no more as they now only have leather (hard, painful) and nubeck (even harder and tighter on my poor feet). HOTTER PLEASE BRING BACK NICE SOFT SUEDE WHISPER BOOTS OR EQUIVALENT. I can't break nubeck or leather in. If I get even half a size up it is better round my toes BUT much too wide round my heels so they slip. Worse they have narrowed and cut out the bases of the zips flap meaning the zips are now more likely to get caught in the flaps and stick zipping up. No point cutting costs and losing long standing customers attracted by your previous claims to comfort.

Hotter Whisper Nubeck too hard and tight

I used to love Hotter's Whisper ankle boots in suede but now they only offer leather and nubek both of which are less comfortable, tighter and harder against my feet. Nubeck also shows marks.
