Great service, fixed and returned within a few days

Mon ampli bose d'audi TT MK2 avait pris l'eau suite a une infiltration et on m'avait recommandé Bose repair et bien j'ai reçu mon ampli réparé avec un son top. Ils ont mis juste une semaine pour le réparer et j'ai payé une fois les réparations effectuées.. c'est des pros je recommande vivement 👌. Merci.

I recently had my Audi TT amplifier repaired by Bose Repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My amp hadn’t worked since I bought the car many years ago, so hearing it come back to life in full, rich sound was absolutely epic!

The whole process was smooth and straightforward, from applying for the repair to sending off the amp. I was kept informed at every stage with clear email updates, including a detailed synopsis of the work carried out once the repair was complete.

Mazda MX5 2010 Bose amplifier was blaring static at full volume. Now working perfectly after repair.

Richiesto la possibilità della riparazione di un multimedia device harman becker inviando codice dell articolo e pagando 210,99 sterline il 10-25, il 12-25 mi è stato comunicato che non riuscivano a riparare l'articolo 19326 e in alternativa aggiungendo 146 sterline potevo averne uno nuovo.Il 14.12 25 pago 146 sterline, Il 21.12.25 arriva ma non funzionante..cercato di comunicare piu volte, con foto del difetto, la risposta è stata È necessario utilizzare ODIS per ricodificare l'unità per l'auto... in origine qualcun altro aveva tentato di riparare l'unità - 2 delle EPROM erano state rimosse/sostituite - quindi non sappiamo cosa abbiano cercato di fare - la nuova scheda ha la codifica invertita... ma non abbiamo modo di sapere se è corretta o meno.
conclusione ho dovuto spendere altri 200 euro per riprogrammare tutta l'unita.
In conclusione ho pagato 356,99 sterline e perso 3 mesi per farmi dire che il mio apparato era sprogrammato,

Phenomenal service by them. With a 6 hour round trip for a funeral coming up the following Monday, they were colossally understanding and helpful, turning my repair around in the same day.

I plugged the amplifier back in and everything worked perfectly. they've made a very difficult day, that much more bearable.

Could not ask for finer, more human service. They have my whole-hearted recommendation

First Class Excellent Service. In 1 week I posted my amp and it was returned to me fixed. No problems. Lifetime guarantee. (I swear it sounds better) or placebo!

Great communication...although my unit was beyond repair they were able to replace the board ...over the moon I received the unit promptly and install 5 mins later I had fully a functioning unit..great .

I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
From the day I sent my Mazda MX5 Bose audio Amp for repair to receiving it back repaired was under one week. I fitted the Amp back on the car the same day it arrived back and so far all seems to be working great. No more machine gun / loud crackling noise coming from the speakers. Very good dealings from beginning to end.

What a fantastic service offered by these guys!. The Bose amplifier in my Audi TT suddenly died and water was the cause. I sent it off to them and they kept me fully informed all the way about the repair process. They even tweaked the amplifier to provide a better sound - more bass and better top end. When I got the repaired amp back and installed, the difference in sound quality was totally amazing - so much so that I’m actually glad I had to send it off for repair!

The service was brilliant, unit back and working 100% with latest firmware & maps, faultless throughout, really couldn't recommend these guys enough.

Fantastic service. I dispatched my Bose amp from my Audi TT and within a week of it being received by them, it was back in my car, working perfectly. Return shipping was very quick via DPD. I was not only impressed with the repair service but also that they reused the packaging I'd used to send it in the first place, including the bubble wrap etc.

I wouldn't hesitate to used them again if necessary and would thoroughly recommend them.

I had the classic symptoms of water damage. No sound from front speakers apart from white noise. Found them by typing the serial number of the amp into Google. The price to repair, including postage, was less than half the price of a secondhand unit on eBay. The repair was quick and the whole process very straightforward. Use DPD as they know where their unit is. It would appear other couriers don't. Overall an absolutely brilliant service.

The Bose amplifier of my Maserati was making loud cracking noises and it was draining the battery of the car.
Bose repair experts did the repair very fast and the amplifier now works perfectly.
I am very happy with the service.
