My daughter has been taking online tutoring classes with BOS School, and everything has been going very well. She is supported by Miss Shabnam, whom she really likes. Thanks to her, my daughter is learning a lot and making great progress.

The organization is excellent, and the administration is easy to reach, which is very reassuring for parents.

At first, I had some doubts about online learning, but it has proven to be very effective, even alongside her physics classes. Now, my daughter is very motivated and even asks for her sessions, which says a lot!

I highly recommend it.

I studied with BOS while preparing for my GCSEs, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They supported me throughout the entire process, including guiding me step by step to sit my exams with the British Council, which made everything so much easier and less stressful.

The teachers were always supportive, patient, and genuinely cared about my progress. Being in an online school can sometimes feel isolating, but with BOS, I always felt guided and encouraged.

After completing my GCSEs, I went on to study Business and Marketing at the University of Ajman, and today, at 20 years old, I am running my own business — Parkour Haraka in Sharjah. I truly believe that BOS played a big role in building my discipline, confidence, and independence.

I’m very grateful for all their support and would definitely recommend BOS to any family looking for a structured and caring online school.

I took private English lessons, and the classes were of high quality. The teacher was kind and patient. I made real progress and gained confidence in expressing myself more effectively with others.

My daughter has been with BOS for about 6 years now, since the pandemic, and it’s honestly been such a fabulous experience for our family.
The teachers have always been kind and patient, and they truly care about the children. They come well prepared for every lesson, and they create a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere where kids feel comfortable speaking up and joining in.
Over the years, I’ve really seen my daughter grow in confidence, and that means a lot to us.
We also really appreciate how responsive the admin team is. Whenever we have a question or need help, they get back to us quickly, which makes everything run smoothly and takes a lot of stress off parents.
It’s been a stable and supportive place for our daughter to learn and grow, and I would happily recommend it to any family looking for a well organized and caring online school!

I can’t speak highly enough about BOS. My daughter went in this school for 3yrs and from the moment we joined, we felt welcomed and supported by both the staff and the school management. Even after we left, they were still very kind and supportive.

The teachers are dedicated, they make sure every child feels valued, encouraged and inspired to do their best. Communication with parents is excellent, and it’s clear that the leadership team genuinely cares about the pupils’ wellbeing and development. My child is often excited to share what she has learned each day!

The environment is warm, nurturing, and inclusive, and the sense of community is something really special. I’m so grateful to have found such a fantastic school, it truly sets children up for success and happiness.

My daughter is not studying with them anymore due to personal circumstances but I highly recommend British Online School to any parent looking for a caring, high-quality education for their child. If I’m financially capable I would send back my daughter in a heartbeat. Thank you BOS!

My two boys were studying online for a couple of years, we only have a good and positive experience with the teachers, they are indeed professional, and were very well liked by the boys.
Dealing with the administration staff was good, as they do try to help the parents all the way, and the kids also whenever needed.
I need also to say that the head of teachers was very much helpful, very professional, and very kind as she always look after the boys and offer to help them whenever they contact her.
It's absolutely easy to reach any one of the staff, and this was a import and positive at the same time.

Oh, what can I say about this school? THE BEST SCHOOL EVER. I have never gotten so good at school because all the teachers are the best. Plus, this school supports a kid when in need, like with tuition.

wonderfully done there job of being online when student and parents need help in some way

I am a part-time lecturer at a private institute and have over six years of experience teaching primary and secondary students in the UK. I’ve worked with thousands of students and interacted with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

After applying for the tutor role at BOS Academy, I was given lesson materials, which I completed. The feedback I received stated that my English was not comprehensible to students which I found quite surprising. If that was truly the case, I wouldn't have been able to sustain a teaching role in a reputable UK institution for this long.

If there was a valid reason behind the decision, I’m open to hearing it. Otherwise, I’d prefer clarity on the outcome. And if there are underlying biases at play, especially towards Asian candidates, I’d kindly ask that you be upfront so we don’t waste each other’s time.

I am writing to share my concerns regarding my recent experience after enrolling two of my children at your school, which I selected based on its stated Islamic values and Cambridge affiliation.

After registration, I found that my younger son, currently in Grade 3, faced difficulties engaging with the online learning platform. The number of daily sessions appeared to be quite limited and did not seem to sufficiently support full curriculum coverage. As a result, I requested a partial refund after the first month of study, which was not approved.

I also asked for additional academic support, but was unable to receive the assistance needed. Consequently, I arranged for private tutoring at home, at my own expense, to help my son follow the curriculum.

However, I found that the lesson times were often short (30 to 45 minutes), and in some cases, sessions were canceled without makeup. My son also did not receive exam preparation or structured revision, which left him struggling academically. Due to these challenges, it is now possible that he may have to repeat the academic year.

When I requested an academic certificate, I was informed that there were additional fees required, which I had not been previously made aware of.

Throughout this experience, I had hoped for more transparency and academic guidance. I believe that with more communication and support, these issues could have been managed more effectively.

My experience with bos was Unpleasant
Time was short and not fully covering the curriculum

My both kids were enrolled at BOS and it was an amazing experience although I was not very sure at the beginning.
The support from school is amazing and the teachers are always helpful with the kids.
My daughter had some difficulties in the beginning but the school enrolled her in support lessons and now she is having an amazing level.

My son studied here for Year 6 and Year 7 he has had a great experience, he really enjoyed his time with BOS. The lessons were consistent and he benefited alot from learning in an Islamic environment.

What stood out most was the admin team,they were always helpful and quick to respond whenever I had a question or issue. That kind of support really made a difference, especially in an online setting.

I would highly recommend it if you are looking for an alternative to mainstream school.

May Allah reward all the team at BOS for everything they do.

After alooooot of stress and late nights because of homework and no time to do the sports that they like,we finally found the best school that fits for what we want,which made me and my kids so happy like never before.Do I regret to change to this school?NEVER it was the best decision that we made,my kids are happy alhamdolilah and so are we.My oldest didn’t struggle with the language,but my youngest did at first,but now with the help of the great teachers,and their attention it’s getting better and better alhamdolilah without him noticing that he is less than the others.

My son and I are so happy with the school. The teachers are wonderful and make the effort to include and engage with every child in the class. The small classroom size gave my son the opportunity to be heard and his questions answered.

I cannot praise BOS homeschooling enough. My daughter has been enrolled with them for the last 2 years and she absolutely love it. We moved to the UK and found she was a bit behind in school and wanting to enroll her at a school in the country but they were not helpful and not understanding of her needs. I contacted BOS and they put my mind at ease and offered a lovely supportive alternative for her. We enrolled her and it has been amazing. She has developed amazing friendships within her class, she loves the teachers and is doing so well. When my daughter was struggling with her reading, they made the effort to offer extra lessons to help her and get her on track with her peers and now she is so confident with her reading and this was all done within the comfort of our home. I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking at the homeschool option for their child or children.

I was looking for an online school for My daughter and stumbled upon BOS. She has been studying with them since march 2023. Approaching 2 years, I cant fault a single thing. I really appreciate the teachers and admin who go above and beyond for the students. The communication between admin and my self has always been efficient and my daughter is enjoying BOS and is doing well academically. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a online school. The hours, the studies, the teachers and everything in general is 100%.

They offer one-on-one support sessions where students can choose both the time slot and the teacher that best fits their learning style.

Their small class size encourages my children who feel comfortable speaking and expressing themselves, which has boosted their confidence significantly.

The staff is always available, approachable, and easy to reach, which makes communication smooth and stress-free.

As a parent living in a non-English-speaking country, I wanted my children to have a fulfilling, high-quality education in English while embracing the benefits of homeschooling. BOS has met all my expectations perfectly.

I would like to thank you for the support and open-mindedness that your online school demonstrates. My son suffered from school phobia, and today, he is more than happy to attend classes. The teachers are highly qualified, take the time to support the children, and the exchanges are enriching.

I particularly appreciate your teaching approach and values. My son’s well-being was my top priority, and it has been fully respected.

I was deeply disappointed by my experience with BOS, where I was terminated without any prior notice or proper explanation. The lack of professionalism in how my dismissal was handled left me feeling disrespected and unsupported.

The decision to fire me was abrupt, with no clear communication or a fair process involved. I was not given any opportunity to discuss the situation or make improvements if needed. This unexpected decision not only caught me off guard but also left me questioning the school's commitment to its staff’s well-being and career growth.

While I understand that there may be circumstances that lead to such decisions, the way it was handled made me feel undervalued. For anyone considering a position at BOS, I would advise being cautious about the lack of transparency and support in their work environment.

This experience has been a learning opportunity for me, and I hope that BOS will reconsider their approach to how they treat their employees moving forward.

Also the school has consistent issues about paying their teachers the correct amount each month, sometimes it was way under and at other times its way above. For me this shows the lack of a proper management.

If they were really concerned about their students they would have asked for a full feedback on each class for a smooth transition.

I have learnt quite a lot from BOS to which i am grateful. I do hope in the future issues such as this can be avoided and resolved.
