I have to admit I was very nervous about getting my eyebrow restoration done, until I met my doctor and the staff. Any and every question or concern was addressed before I sat down in their chair. They were so kind and had such a great bedside manner. Painful? Nope. At one point,I literally fell asleep,whilst they were transplanting the hairs. I think my new new fuller eyebrows took 10 years off my face! If you’re thinking about getting this procedure done, come to Bosley! It’s a free consultation, you have nothing to lose!

I had a great overall experience with the Bosley team! It started with a wonderful consultation to see what my options were for my specific situation. The day of my procedure, the team was very friendly and supportive to make my experience great. The follow ups were great, I am very happy with my results and the overall outcome. I would recommend Bosley over other choices from my personal experience.

I had an FUE transplant of 2900 grafts in Oct of 2022 at the downtown Chicago location. I am beyond excited and pleased with my results. When I tell people they immediately start inspecting my hair because they don’t believe it. I have had 3 family member either get the procedure or at least get a consultation. I believe my success was following the after care steps to the “T”. Since the surgery I regained my confidence and look and feel 20 years younger.

I had a consultation at the Beverly Hills office and everyone was very helpful in explaining everything. Dr. Deutsch was very sharp and made me feel taken care of and was realistic and honest with what my hair would look like. This felt like the opposite of a place in Turkey where they just tell you what you'd want to hear. Highly recommend!

My experience at Bosley was absolutely excellent. They’re the most trusted and known name in the business, I’m a medical doctor myself so I should know. The First Lady was In a hurry (i couldn’t get the video to work sound ok)she didn’t help at all(Ms c—-) was cut off. The program restarted and on came a new lady and what a wonderful person she was the opposite of the first one! I still had the same problem no video. She had me due a few things and I was on with her.(Her name was Nicole 1-310-397-2873) as you can tell Nicole’s was knowledgeable on everything. She had me do pictures also scanned my head. She recommended different things to due. When we were done I had no questions because she had covered it all. Nicole is a pleasure to talk too and she put me at ease from the beginning. I am hoping that she get the recognition that she earned and deserves.

Huge mistake. False promises. cattle car operation. Extremely poor results. Save yourself. Dont go to Bosley

I'll be honest, I was nervous going into this. I'd been losing hair for over a decade and kept putting off doing anything about it. I'm glad I finally made the call to Bosley in Boston.

From the start, Shuntay at the front desk made me feel comfortable. She was warm and always remembered who I was when I called with questions. My consultation with Sarah was really helpful. She took her time, walked me through everything clearly, and answered all my questions without any pressure. It felt like a genuine conversation.

On procedure day, Dr. West had a calm, steady presence that made it easy to trust the process. You can tell he takes his work seriously and cares about the results. Chase, his surgical tech, was right there with him throughout and kept things running smoothly. Diane, my RN, checked on me regularly and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. She was attentive and genuinely kind.

The graft tech team, Pearl, Josie, and Jenny, deserve a lot of credit. They spent hours carefully processing grafts under microscopes while the procedure was underway. It's precise, detail-oriented work and they clearly take it seriously.

Twelve months out, the results have been really good. I look like myself again. If you've been on the fence, it's worth going in for a consultation.

Bosley hair revive foam, has a serious problem with their nozzle. I have bought several times from CVS pharmacy and almost every time the nozzle freezes up and I have to throw it away. I trusted the name, but now I don’t.

Bosley Atlanta Georgia is not an honest company.  They cheated me.  I met with their senior counselor to have a hair restoration.  We only discussed a full restoration using grafts. She did an assessment; I did have a bald area.  She gave me a written proposal of what was needed and a price for a full restoration.  I had to pay the full price, well over $10,000 in advance.  I paid and had a procedure.  The procedure only resulted in a 50% restoration of my hair.  Then they told me that yes, they only did a 50% restoration and that I would have to pay thousands more to complete the full restoration.  I was given a price for a full restoration, and they only did a 50% restoration, I was cheated!!  What you need to know, and what I was not told at the beginning is that a full restoration of a bald area cannot be done in one procedure.  If they graft more than 50% at one procedure it will damage the scalp.  So, a bald area requires at least two graft procedures for a full restoration.

Bosley Alpharetta Georgia is dishonest. I had a consultation with the counselor for a full hair restoration and given a recommendation and a price well over $10,000 for a full restoration using the FUE transplant method. I agreed, paid in advance and had a FUE procedure. But my hair was only about 50% restored. Then i was told, yes your hair was 50% restored and for thousands more dollars we will finish the full restoration. I was cheated out of my money. What you need to know and I was not told by the counselor up front is that for a bald area they can only transplant about 50% of the hair necessary for a full restoration during each procedure. If they transplant more than 50% it will damage your scalp. So a bald area will require at least 2 transplant procedures for a full restoration. I was promised and paid for a full restoration and got a 50% restoration for my money, I was cheated, they are dishonest.

Stay far away from this garbage, I had this hair transplant done in 2021 and i still to this day am feeling the repercussions from it. Before the hair transplant i was fit, lifted 250 in the gym and could run the mile in 5 minutes 30 seconds. 1 day after the hair transplant my blood pressure started fluctuating by 30 points up and down randomly (which is a lot) My resting pulse would spike to 110 while i was just sitting down and when both were happening at the same exact time i couldnt keep my eyes open and i couldnt keep my neck up. My limbs were literally noodles and it felt like i had late stage heart failure. I couldnt do literally any activity, even doing the dishes left me out of breath. I developed muscle problems where ALL the muscles in my body get extremely tight all day everyday, even if you loosened them they will tighten back up. Chiropractors all have told me im a special case with them because they have never seen someones back so tight before. I still to this day have to take 2 hours out of my day to loosen up very tight muscles just to function and protect myself from the muscles causing a cascade of muscle imbalances pulling everything out of place constantly. I cant breath right sometimes, i have heart palpitations, pain, stiffness, decrease range of motion, half the time it feels like my shoulders are going to break off theyre so tight. I spoke to the surgeon Al-peter after i had this issue and he literally was NO help at all, he had no clue what i was talking about and offered nothing to help at all. I went to multiple dr,s all had their own opinions, i went to one of the best spinal surgeons in NY all just theories of what happened. To this day, 4 years later, i still cannot work or do anything i used to do. Ive tried to run slightly but even running 1 mile is a task and a half even at 15 minutes for me now. Weight lifting from 225 to baby weights like 20 pounds will have repercussions for days after muscle wise. Im pretty much stuck in my house all day every day now with little activity i can do. They bullshit you thought the legal process, and try to say to you the WORST thing that can happen is you get some nerve damage in the back of your head, Well lemme tell you...that nerve damage would have been the BEST thing i could have gotten from it. Theyre LYING TO YOU. The side effects can be MUCH WORSE and trust me your hair even if you look retarded bald is much better than risking your life for this procedure. Im proof it can and does happen to people. Dont believe all these stories you see for this dog shit company. They commented on one of my other posts to email them and when i did witht he sotry they have no emailed me back. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU, THEY WANT YOUR MONEY.

These guys botched me huge. I was 22 years old and actually had a great head of hair outside of my temples. So they put in a total of 17 plugs into the temples that I have lived with for 35 years. Was able to camoflauge with my hair where people couldn't see them, but it was a big mistake. They should have looked at me and turned me down and said to just get on meds. Nope. They decided to do their best to maim me.

The staff at the Boston clinic were amazing and really care about their patients. Always making sure you were comfortable. The nurses and the doctor all were very professional and worked together as a team to ensure you have the best experience. I would highly recommend this team of professionals.

Was good until you changed the consistency of the follicle booster. When I used the Bosley Revive ladies system before it worked amazingly. However when I bought it recently the moose like thickening formula is so thick it gets much more on my hair instead of my scalp . Makes my hair feel sticky and not fluffy like hair should feel .

Avoid Bosley. Learn from my mistake. I got a loan. Bosley did not give me much for my money. Bosley covered only a small portion of my balding area.

They make so much money yet they still skimped.

Find a more honest business to invest your time, money and hope.

I was very hesitant with proceeding with this, but after talking with Edgar he made me feel so much more comfortable.
He was very detailed and great information on the procedure
EDGAR was there the day of my procedure and after that he stayed in communication with me checking in on how I am doing
It’s been five months and the results are life changing I can’t wait to see how it looks in a few more months.
I’m more confident when I go out I feel more comfortable being around other people
I would like to personally thank EDGAR because if it wasn’t for his friendly attitude and reassuring, I probably wouldn’t have done the procedure
Thank you to all the people that worked on the transplant team especially one of the young ladies I can’t remember her name but we had good conversation and she made me laugh, which took a little distraction off the transplant
