The item I received was nothing like the picture—cheaply made, wrong color, and clearly a knockoff. When I tried to return it, customer service ghosted me. Total waste of time and money.

If I could give Zero stars, I would. Avoid them. Scumbag. Do not buy from bossu.

BOSSU is such a dirty company. What a scam this company is and their customer service has definitely dropped off. They just take money from customer but don't give right product.

This company is used to scam. They will take money first and do not respond. I ordered after seeing some positive reviews on this site but I think all the positive reviews on this site are from others who are buying from them.

Totally scamming site. Do not trust them.

Bought a gamepad for my PS4 and was really worried about the stick drift because did not work properly. Not confident it would last. Would have been happy with more quality assurance. Not impressed!

Bought a "high quality refurbished" PS5, but it was clearly used, dirty, and overheated within minutes. Their "inspection process" is a joke. Save yourself hhe headache—buy elsewhere.

Ordered a refurbished iPhone, and sent me a broken, water-damaged device. When I demanded a refund, they ghosted me. Do not trust bossu.

Xbox joystick was in good condish. No scratches or anything. Saved me from buying new at full price!

Ordered a ps4 but got worried by tracking wasnt updating. Bossu support sorted it out quick, turns out dpd had delay. Console is mint tho!

Handset is faulty and now they are not answering any emails.

Be careful buying from this company. We bought a Xbox from them which has stopped working. We have attempted to contact Bossu as the Xbox is still under warranty but they are not coming back to us. We have contacted them through their live chat function but it says they are offline even though we are contacting them in their work hours. Shocking customer service.

Sold me a faulty VR which overheated straight away doesn’t work and could have been a fire hazard. I have sent back a video of the fault for resolution but keep getting fobbed off with “I’ll have a resolution tomorrow. Well, it’s been a month now! Avoid this company

Refund not sent to me and now I’ve been ignored for weeks. I am owed £120 for a return that I have pride they received and now I am being ignored after numerous emails and online chat. Disgusting as it’s my sons money that’s been spend and he’s 12 years old!

“Customer service” is beyond ignorant. Would use a more reputable company with stock & actually points of contact.

I bought a “very good” refurbished Nintendo DS at the start of November. It arrived in a damaged condition & we had to return the console - it was a Christmas present & unfit as such. We were informed on its return that they had no more stock & were asked to wait, which we agreed, it was November & we had time to wait.
Fast forward to December 18th, I’m still waiting for stock notification / an email / anything. At this point I’ve contacted customer service who now suddenly aren’t as responsive as I now want cancel purchase & get my money back to go elsewhere. I was told on the 21st December that they were “very sorry” & would be issuing a refund.

It’s currently 3rd Jan & I’m waiting for this refund & tbh, any reply to my messages!!

Customer service was slow, and the selling process for my old console was confusing and delayed. Definitely not what I expected from a company with such promises.

I payed for an order on Thursday yet come Monday still no delivery and they advertised dpd next day delivery so I payed £9.99 for that delivery I contacted them a few times eventually they said it was posted to Royal Mail tracked I’ve been watching tracking it’s been in post at same place for three days they don’t only lie to you they ripp you of with postage it never went via dpd as advertised it goes via Royal Mail the cheeper way for a company it is untrustworthy and I personally will never use again

Do not order anything from this company is a complete scam paid for next day delivery arrived a week later .

When the PS arrived it wouldn’t turn on so I took it to a store they advised me it is faulty and broken and has previously been opened up .

Since this I have sent multiple emails to BOSSU asking for help and my money back and no one has responded . Seems very convenient to me

Please avoid this company. The entire experience of dealing with them has been awful from the start to now, 7 or 8 weeks later. It began with my order for a PS4 not being sent out for 3 days and missing my daughters birthday, to a faulty controller that took 2 weeks to rectify as they only respond to one email a day, if you're
lucky. I was promised a refund for the controller 3 weeks ago and I've had
nothing. Ive never left a bad review before, I've been lucky, and thought I'd done my homework with this company but I was wrong, avoid.
