Really please with my order, and the customer experience!!!

the 2 x PS4 Pros came, both in great condition, and came on time as promised and reassured by customer service!

Ordered a refurbished PS4 plus a controller in September. The PS4 works fine, but the controller had a broken button. I had to email Bossu several times before they eventually sent a replacement. Unfortunately, that one was faulty too. I have mailed several times but not had a response. It's now Halloween and we still don't have a working controller. Shocking customer service

Very easy to navigate online with super quick delivery, it arrived next working day with dpd. very condition, vr headset looked like new. Lovely 2nd Oculus. Very good communication with updates. Thank you BOSSU👏🏾

I ordered a refurbished Apple Watch which arrived very quickly. Upon trying to set up the watch I discovered that it was locked to a previous owner! I emailed support immediately asking for help. Nearly 48hrs later I received a response “please send a photo of the issue so we can assist further”. Photo reply sent 4 mins later. 24/09/24 further email sent to ‘Sandra’ at 8.30am requesting some help as I had heard nothing. I received a saying “it wasn’t locked when we sent it out”! So somehow between Bossu sending it out and me receiving it it gets locked to an unknown email?!! She then sent me a return label and I sent the watch back. Then nothing until I received an applepay notification that it was refunded. No communication from Bossu! On 10/10/24 I again emailed asking what was going on as I hadn’t received the refund. On the 14/10/24 ‘Sandra’ responded with “I will talk to finance and see what we can and find out”. To date 23/10/24 I have heard nothing! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Some serious training is required if this is a real company! 🤬

Bought a magna red controller for my ps4, looks epic and came on time. Glad I used them

I am very happy with my purchase, I bought 2 playstation 4 pros for my sons, they had a good range so settled for a white and black one. On time delivery, item as described.

So, I was pretty annoyed and probably a bit rude to Bossu when my refurbished White PS4 1TB showed up damaged from delivery. But honestly, even though I was kinda harsh, they were awesome about it. Super chill, really understanding, and didn’t make a big deal out of my frustration. They sorted out the return right away, picked it up straight from my house, and then, boom, the next day after they got it, they sent out a replacement.The whole thing was sorted so quickly. Damaged PS4 went back Monday, and by Thursday, I had the new one, all good to go. I’ve had a few consoles over the years, but this one’s hands down the best so far. And I gotta say, BOSSÜ handled everything super professionally, even though I was pretty grumpy.

I know where I’ll be going next time I need something.

Wasn't sure about buying a refurbished xbox at first, but my mate recommended them, and I’m glad I gave ‘em a go. Got myself a series X and it’s like brand new, but at half the price! Works a treat, and I’ve saved a fair bit. Delivery was bang on too, didn’t have to wait ages like with some places. Liked how I could keep track with DPD, no mucking about.

Order arrived on time, completely superb! ⚡⚡ Quick delivery with tracking and the item condition surpassed my expectation.

I traded in my son's Xbox in, as he wanted to get a Playstation. They gave me a DPD label instantly, dropped it off to the Post office and got paid the next day.. 5*******

They provide digital game codes promptly, and it's accurate.

I usually buy through their Amazon but the pricing is even better directly on the site, so I did that and got my item on time. Their customer service is really quick respond as I had a few questions.

First time using boss and not the last time. I highly recommend to anyone BOSSU.

Needed to get bulk ps3s from them, and they were a pleasure to deal with, looking forward to more collaborations.

My delivery got delayed which was annoying but John was on top of things and kept me in loop, got everything sorted in the end.
