I finally got around to purchasing the replacement heatsink
and fan, I only needed the fan and had searched the internet high and low to
try to get one that would fit on my existing heatsink and have the same or
similar specification i.e. PMW, 4200 RPM, 72.45 CFM, 4 pin connector and obviously fit the heatsink existing fixings. I also wanted a good price there were plenty of new ones at much higher prices and second hand ones nearly as expensive. Fortunately I found your web site and as the existing fan that was playing up was a "Cooler Master" and looked to be similar I took a chance and
ordered it. It arrived this morning and I carefully removed it from the
heatsink I swapped it for the old unit I had to use the small scews that
attached the back plate to the heatsink but it fitted perfectly and has
solved my intermitent failure on startup. Great product, great price and
quick delivery. I did not use the new heatsink as my existing one is a screw
fit to the mother board and I did not want the bother of taking the board
out to remove the backplate so that I could use the push/clip fixings.

Ordered 14 zalman coolers - ex stock - paid for next day service - the Boston site was efficient and by all accounts effective until the couriers got involved - 3 days later - I got the coolers - no big deal - but it is frustrating when couriers let things down and retailers are 'helpless to progress things further'.

I ordered a new Zalman PC case from Boston and it arrived promptly and in good condition. I am very satisfied.

After being foolish and melting my existing CPU waterblock, I scoured the net until I came across BOSTON.CO.UK - they had just what I needed - a metal (and hopefully unmeltable) version of the Zalman CPU waterblock. , and it got delivered right away. Fabulous service.

I ordered two products from Boston Limited and was incredibly satisfied. I thought that their prices were brilliant. My items were shipped really quickly and it only took a few days after ordering for my products to arrive.

Overall I would have to say that Boston Limited is a great company and I would definitely buy from them in the future.

Boston’s service is quick & efficient – no complaints.
If I was going to criticise, however, it would be about the shortage of delivery options. I’m a private customer (as opposed to a business), so having someone at home to sign for a weekday courier delivery is a bit of a problem.
May I suggest Royal Mail as a delivery option? (Saturday deliveries and you can collect from local sorting office if you miss the postman).

Boston are normally pretty good but unfortunately this time the components had been listed as in stock on the website and when we ordered them on a 2 day delivery they were not delivered for several days, as it turned out they were not in stock and had to be shipped from the USA.

Communication was acceptable on the matter but it was a pain as we had booked time on site

So if it's urgent phone in and check the stock before you place the order

A bit disappointed with the website (i tried to order 2 of an item and only received 1 because of stock levels). Partly my own fault but I didn't feel the message was very clear.

My order was processed and delivered exactly when I thought it would, even when ordered over a holiday weekend. Great service. I'll be calling by again.

I needed a new cpu fan so looking online found the exact replacement on offer at the right price. Placed the order without any fuss and bingo in the machine within three days using normal delivery service. Can't argue with that!!

Website was easy to use, ordering simple although would be nice if they had the option of paying by Paypal. Delivery was very fast.

I ordered a laptop cooler from Zalman. This model was actually not with other providers....
