We’ve had nothing but a brilliant experience with this local MSP. Email responses are virtually instant, support is efficient, and the account management is friendly, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with.

Nothing ever feels like a hassle — they’re extremely easy to work with and always happy to help, whether it’s day-to-day support or something more urgent. Communication is clear, straightforward, and refreshingly jargon-free.

AMC have supplied our IT hardware for coming up to 10 years and their customer service is amazing. Our account manager Kye is especially helpful and always quick to provide a great service.

I am relatively a new customer of AMC. I have worked with them for about a year. Quite recently my account was passed to Andrew. Who has provided the best customer service I have experienced. No query is too small or too big. Andrew always make sure we are getting the best value, the correct items and even when we had a delivery go awry (wrong part delivered) he had organised the return and new items to be delivered, next business day, within the hour.

AMC have an outstanding sales team and they all look after their customers.

I have been working with James Konarczak for over 7 years and i was very quick in bring AMC to my new company when i joined back in June this year . He is a great account manger and he is always super efficient, i have no idea how he does it but he is great.
