First time I’ve used it - last minute present for my dear 85 year old Dad in amongst all the covid19 madness!
Sent him a Malbec, nuts & bics in a lovely Birthday Box. Fab card, nicely packed and delivery spot on!!
Very impressed & so was he!!!

We are very sorry the birthday was missed but as you confirmed in your email the delivery was attempted by the couriers but the recipient wasn't in to accept the delivery, therefore it was taken back to the couriers depot. As soon as you made us aware of the issue we contacted the couriers and forwarded instructions to the recipient on how to collect from a pick up shop and kept you updated.
